We had an amazing stay! Our host was extremely communicative and helpful from beginning to end. From coordinating our airport transfers to helping with excursions and making sure everything went smoothly, the communication was excellent. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and even better in person. It was the perfect place for our family vacation and made our Costa Rica experience even more special. 🌴 I truly appreciated how easy everything was from arrival to departure. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again!

When we got stuck due to a flight what better place to get stuck then in this airbnb such a beautiful home well equipped mins away from the beach a market and perfect for bigs groups sad we only stood here 2 days def book this villa 10/10

This house is incredible! I came with 12 of my friends and this home did not disappoint. The location is incredible, walking distance from everything, the pool is beautiful (fit all 12 of us!) and the backyard was perfect for all of us to hang out. What also made the whole experience really special was how amazing Carmit was. She helped organize everything, responded immediately to all of my questions, and provided us with amazing recommendations. A trip of a lifetime and a one of a kind home. We will definitely be returning hopefully every year :)

Let's just say, my family does a family trip every year, and this was our third time returning to Costa Rica, and Carmit's Airbnb was by far the best we've ever stayed in. The house is stunning, and the open concept really makes it feel like everyone is connected. The backyard views are stunning, and the pool is so enjoyable. Not to mention, Carmit was by far the best host we've ever experienced, she's so helpful, responsive, and willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure you have an amazing stay. I couldn't recommend her home enough, and we will absolutely be coming back to her house if we decide to come back to Costa Rica.

My daughter immediately said, “It’s like the Barbie Dreamhouse.” It was perfect for our family of 7, and everyone was sad to leave. The pool was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, always had hot water, and the home felt brand new and perfectly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and laundry room was great. Neighborhood felt safe and secure, and lots of food options within walking distance. The TVs and AC in every room was a great bonus. Carmit, our host, was incredibly responsive, caring, and helpful. Would honestly plan a whole vacation around just this house without concern.

We had an amazing stay at Carmit’s place. The house was exactly what we were hoping for, and even better. The pool, mountain views, beach proximity, and overall atmosphere made for fantastic memories. We visited during the off-season, and it was absolutely worth it. The mix of sunshine and tropical rain gave the area a unique, lush atmosphere that we really enjoyed. Carmit was an excellent host: responsive, helpful, and always ready with great local recommendations and tour suggestions. A highlight that deserves more attention in the listing is the wildlife. We saw monkeys almost every day, along with colorful birds and even a tamandua. The monkeys moved through the trees around the property and sometimes across the roof. Watching them from the pool was unforgettable. They seemed accustomed to human presence, but always staying in the canopy, peaceful and harmless. We stayed at Casa Jaula and the experience was even better than we expected. My family and I were very happy throughout our stay. The space is truly beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. It is also conveniently located near some of the best beaches in the area. We highly recommend Casa Jaula and would love to come back in the future.

Great stay in a wonderful property! Noting that we booked with less than 24 hours since another AirBnB cancelled and left us stranded, we couldn’t have been better cared for. Carmit was friendly, responsive and checked in daily to make sure we were ok. The house itself was perfect for us - great hangout space in the kitchen and living room area, and flexibility to cook with appliances as described and an outdoor grill. We absolutely loved the pool area - saltwater pool was spectacular. And the crown jewel was the pristine beach just 5 mins walk away. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. Overall, don’t hesitate just book - you’ll be glad you did!

We were 5 ladies visiting Costa Rica for the first time, and this home was perfect for our trip. Having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was a must, and the property exceeded expectations. The listing matched the home exactly—true 5-star luxury. The pool and outdoor space were beautiful, with great lighting, shaded lounging areas, stunning hill views, and amazing wildlife right outside—monkeys, iguanas, and so many birds. The location was ideal, close to the beach, surf shops, restaurants, a market, and Padoka Bakery (a must-visit!). Playa Grande was the perfect mix of fun and quiet, and the night guard added extra peace of mind. Carmit was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Her recommendations, including Chef Dania, Alli for in Villa yoga and airport transportation, made our trip seamless and unforgettable. We’d return just because of Carmit. She truly sets the bar for Airbnb hosts!

The house is lovely and the location is a nice distance between some food options but still walkable to the main beach. Overall the house was solid, the bedrooms far apart to allow people space. The raccoons on the roof were a little bit noisy for the upstairs bedrooms. This is not a complaint but a fascinating thing to have to understand with the top 3 bedrooms. Pool was a nature view center as well with iguanas, birds and monkeys stopping by. Lovely time and great host.

Carmit was an amazing host! She responded so quickly and took care of our every need! The house is stunning and super homey. Would definitely stay there again!

Carmit was excellent. She communicated right away and helped us with booking a chef. We did run out of water a couple times, but I think it was an issue with the pool. Overall the house was excellent and clean. The yard could use some tidying up especially area the pool.
