Everything is AMAZING! If you want to be on the beach, this is the place for you. If you want tranquility, this is the place for you, and if you want to be in the center of Teresa, this is the place for you. I definitely come back week after week. Everything was perfect; it's very centrally located. We had a problem with the air conditioning, but we let Sebastián know, and when we returned, everything was fixed and even cleaned. No issues, excellent service. Highly recommended.

The place was in an ideal location, the bed was very comfortable, good AC and right next to the beach. Would go back!

Perfect place to stay if you're traveling in couple or alone. The whole place is beautiful since it's part of a hotel with amazing amenities. Also is close to main restaurants and bars in Santa Teresa. I highly recommend this place.

This loft was perfect! Close to restaurants and shops, on a beautiful part of the beach, and Sebastian was responsive when needed. I’d totally stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here—the location was amazing! If you are surfing in ST, looking for somewhere comfortable and close to the water to stay at, this might be one of the best spots.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it. The location is simply fantastic: the beach is 1 minute away. It's wonderful to be able to step out of the apartment and find yourself almost immediately in front of the ocean. The apartment is very cozy, well-maintained, and has everything you need to feel at home. The spaces are well organized. The area is also excellent: quiet but at the same time close to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. It was definitely a wonderful experience, and we would be delighted to come back. Highly recommended.

Very good location, beach acess, swimming pool, you can use everything which belongs to hotel. I recommend Sebastian’s House :)

A comfortable studio apartment in a very private setting. It had a nice outdoor sitting area . We appreciated the outdoor shower. Just minutes from the beach and restaurant. A great place to see howler monkeys! Highly recommend!

Had a great time with my husband here. Loved having the pool restaurant and beach only 1 minute walk away. Sebastien was very easy to communicate with. Clean. Can hear things falling on the roof and monkey but it was not that bad. Only thing was there was no soap in the bathroom so I had to go wash my hands in the kitchen! Had the best stay there definitely recommend!!
