The closest to manual Antonio park and walkable distance to beach . I would say this is the best value in manual Antonio .

The apartment complex is at the end of a beach trail and Dianny (our host) went to great lengths to provide pictures and instructions on how to find and enter the apartment. The location was amazing, just a few hundred meters from the park entrance and the beach. Thank you Dianny, we had a great time.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation in a residence where you can park your car safely. It is super well located, we do everything on foot running , beach , antonio manual park, everything is less than 10 minutes away. I recommend it.

Free, close and safe parking after you drive down a narrow alley. Walkable to Manuel Antonio park, mini mart, and restaurants. Dianny helped set up a tour to wildlife park. Beach is 200 steps away from the apartment. She left a few Turkish towels (my favorite) to use at the beach and you can use a bowl by the outside sink to rinse your feet after. Apartment is quiet considering it’s close to the vendors. Beds are comfortable and room was dark. AC …. that unit worked hard for us. Had to sleep with bedroom doors open to stay cool. Kitchen was equipped enough to make a few simple meals. You get what you pay for. A close, safe, beach pad to crash for a few days. I would give 5 stars if it had the beach view like advertised and better AC. Maybe if I used my binoculars 😃. Loved to see and hear wildlife from the apartment. Dianny was easy to communicate with. Place was clean. We would stay here again. Great value stay.

The place was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It’s located in a very convenient place. The host was very friendly and attentive. I absolutely recommend!

Super close to Manuel Antonio Park and also the sea was right around the corner. Just a great location! Dianny gave us a good description for finding the place, so we can highly recommend the place!

The location is perfect! The fantastic beach is a 5-minute walk away & the national park is also right at your doorstep🏡🍀. The place was very clean and has everything you need. Can recommend to anyone ❤️

Staying here was perfect to enjoy both the beach and Manuel Antonio park. Dianny was also very responsive and was always able to answer our questions and help us book excursions. Wish we could have spent more time there!

The place was great. You can cook meals with the stove and refrigerator. The internet and tv worked as it should. A perk is this is close to the beach and Manuel Antonio park.

Apartment was perfectly located in between the park and beach It’s a little alley so pretty safe and quiet. Howler monkeys and birds do start pretty early though

There is a small AC in the kitchen, that didn’t work. The house gets very stuffy and hot, the host refused to even provide extra fans. The place looks very old and sad, the beds aren’t too comfortable. The place needs to be updated. Picked it because of the location- it is right next to Manuel Antonio park and the beach. Wasn’t worth it with how hot it got, barely got any sleep.
