Absolutely loved our stay here!! Would unquestionably book again.

Been to Cabo 10+ times and will stay here every time. Location, value, and service of the condo cannot be beat. Private beach, 2 pools, clean and updated condos, and unreal views. We had the property manager, Elihu, texting us and helping with anything we needed. The bar staff at the pool is top notch, etc. 10/10 love this place and will be back in 3 months.

Conveniently located adjacent to the Cape - where we attended a wedding. The unit is clean, faces the pool and ocean. Property is well maintained and has beach chairs, towels, etc for use. Easy access with the lockbox

The apartment is spectacular! Just like the photos of the post. 10/10 cleanliness and very well equipped. You're just a short walk from the beach. They provide you with sun loungers and umbrellas (but you have to be there very early to get a very good location). We will keep it in mind for our next visit to Isla Mujeres.

Great place and the location and beach were fantastic. Great communication! Only drawback was the listing said washer/dryer as an amenity but find out after paying $7,400 for the week, I needed to buy $5 token per load of washer and $5 for dryer. Just kind of bugged me but the place was awesome

Great location with access to the beach and walkable to everything in Centro. Clean and beautiful space with a great kitchen that is well stocked with any and everything you could need.

This was the perfect location for our family! We did rent a golf cart but everything was walkable and safe. It was great having the beach and pool so close. Would come back again!

Amazing all around! Location was perfect. Close to the beach and all the great restaurants. The space was perfect for us and views of the ocean were spectacular. Definitely coming back!

We loved the house and would come back. Cerritos is a "cool" surf village and is next to Pescadero, another great village that I actually wish we explored more. The property manager Frank was extremely kind and responsive, even during Christmas week he was always available on what's app (or in person) for questions / assistance. The house handled 8 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 infants very well and even had room to spare! Every room had an en suite bathroom. The kids loved the big pool but also loved the jacuzzi "hot pool" just as much. The views of the ocean (perfect for whale watching) could not be beat. Great living space, outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, lots of closets - very comfortable!

Fantastic place. Beautiful beach. Excellent host. Cleaning was incredible. Please note that there is no laundry inside the unit. No biggie. Overall fantastic!! Thanks Chema and Evolve!
