Valerie was helpful during the booking process and provided useful information for tourists. I chose this property expecting a positive experience and even considered returning. As I have a large family, we specifically booked a place we believed would be spacious enough for us to enjoy time together by the pool. I always try to maintain respectful communication and work with hosts, but in this case there were multiple miscommunications between the staff and the host, which created confusion and tension. A key issue arose when I invited family to visit, as I later learned that visitors are not allowed on the property; this was not clearly communicated upfront. I understand limits on overnight guests, but I felt pressured to pay additional fees for people who were only visiting and not confirmed to stay overnight. The situation became stressful enough that I chose to leave, as I did not feel valued as a guest. This was especially difficult as I was traveling with my older aunts/uncles.

I was recently at Valerie's house with my family and friends for my birthday. I can say that it's worth staying and the amenities are great. Since our arrival, they thought of every last detail we might need. They have several social areas to enjoy and a good sized pool to be with friends. The rooms are clean and comfortable, exactly the same as the profile pictures. It is an experience worth exploring, as it is close to Managua (capital of Nicaragua), you can enjoy the waves near the house and a helpful staff with a lot of service availability. They made us feel right at home; I can't say anything negative about the house; since it is a MUST TO GO for vacations and trips to the sea.
