The sunsets at the pool are unique. Also, the master bedroom is a gem. There is a supermarket 200 meters away on foot, and there is 24/7 private security.
The house is just spectacular. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Also, perhaps the most important thing was the kindness and attention of all the house staff!
The stay was great, and the staff were very friendly; that’s what I liked the most, because they made us feel right at home.
The place is very nice and the staff are friendly and attentive.

The house is very well located, it has a very good view, Magali and Fran treated us very well, they were very kind and the food was delicious, the only bad thing was the Wifi, we only had it in the dining room, it did not reach the rooms or the living room but everything else was very good
Excellent stay, Magali was always attentive and the cooks were also attentive to what we needed. I felt very comfortable in her accommodation, everything was very clean and for me that is important

We traveled as a family, everything was excellent! From the moment we arrived, easy access and super safe, the attention of the girls in the house was attentive and helpful at all times, congratulations to the cook, the food was delicious, the cleanliness of the rooms was a 10! The girl who helped her was very efficient, the house is very nice, spacious, well ventilated, an unbeatable view, the cleanliness of the pool was very good (every day) there was only one issue with the bathroom of one of the rooms downstairs, the water from the shower splashes and wets everything outside and causes it to flood, but it is a minimal issue.
The location and views of the house are the best in Acapulco. The description and photographs of the House match reality. The housekeeping ladies are very efficient and friendly, a 10 for them! The house has maintenance issues that require attention. During our stay we had a problem with the hot water and air conditioning in one of the rooms. The jacuzzi on the terrace was not working, and in general the house needs some paint and repair on the walls due to humidity. Notwithstanding the above, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.
Overall, the stay was good, only when renting the house I was told that an extra person was hired to help the cook if there were more than 10 people, so when I arrived at the stay I did not ask if someone was helping the cook because there were only seven adults and two children. However, at the end of the stay I was charged $2820 by the person who helped the cook. It would be good if what is said is respected.
The team that helps in the house is very friendly and always attentive. The house is very comfortable if you want a few days to rest. I would only recommend that the extra staff payment be added to the rate and a better location for the house sign.

The house is as described in the listing. Virginia and Magali were nuy friendly and the food was delicious. The super inside the fractionation has everything a little, the pool is of good size and depth. The area is quiet and you can enjoy your stay. My family, my dogs and I, we had an amazing time, we hope to return soon.
