Everything was excellent at the ranch. It exceeded what we were looking for. A cozy place and above all, a place to recharge from the daily grind. I recommend it. Everything was super comfortable.

Very nice place. The description is the same as on the website. I recommend it. You have a great time. The street is a bit rustic on the last stretch to get there, but it's accessible with any type of vehicle. But it's worth the trip. Because once you're there, you have a great time.

The location is perfect, the house is beautiful and welcoming, and the host is very available, but I think the service and support received from the staff, Sarai and Isaias, was incredible. Very good service. It's hard to find people so available and friendly, always ready to help and available for any questions. The experience I had with my family was possible thanks to the availability of Francisco and his staff.

We stayed one night at a weekend with the whole family. This place is a gem, and if you go with a bigger group, the price per person is an absolute steal. You have a big private area with everything that you need, private beach access, a private pool, and a BBQ. You have plenty of places to lie down and relax. The whole play is beautifully decorated, and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Water and a speaker are also included, which is not standard. All bedrooms are equipped with AC. If you need something, there is always someone available who is also on the property, which is a plus. I was very sad when we had to leave. We will keep this place in mind and will definitely return here again.

The people who take care of the place, Isaías and Sarai, are attentive, as is Francisco, who responded promptly. The kitchen lacks cooking utensils, as some are in poor condition and there are not enough for the number of guests. In the master bedroom, the air conditioning broke down starting on the 2nd day, and they couldn't repair it because it was the vacation period. To alleviate the heat a bit, they turned on the air conditioning in the living room and dining room at no cost. Additionally, they bought fans for the living room and dining room area because the ceiling fans don't work properly. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable. The ice sales ended on Friday due to a problem with the freezer. The beach is spectacular, as is the surrounding area; very nice beach.

Thank you for your review Señora Eva Maria , to be honest I was expecting a better score since we had to deal with some issues that we took care of them promptly. I went ahead as soon as I found out that you had some elderly relatives, I sent Isaias to go buy 2 floor fans for them to be comfortable without no one asking me to do so. The Ac unit in the Master bedroom unfortunately went out, it has been replaced with a new AC unit marca Lennox, unfortunately because of being Good Friday we couldn't buy the unit to be replaced since practically all the stores were closed. I decided to supply air conditioning from both AC's in the living room and the dining room each of those AC units are 18000 BTU's as you mentioned there was no charge to you since we charge 35 dollars in addition per night to turn on those units, since some guests want a more comfortable stay. All 5 bedrooms have AC's, and those are included in the price except for these 2. In 2 years we have not raised the price. we are very competitive on pricing as some of our guests have mentioned in their reviews regarding the value. In regards to the ceiling fans in the living room and dining room they have always worked but sometimes some guests pull the strings on the actual fan and then it doesn't work with the switch, we checked them and made the correction. We already fixed the 1 burner that was out on the stove. in regards to the Ice next time we will have more Ice Semana Santa we sold out, the freezer was working except after talking to Isaias they had overloaded the freezer and was taking a long time to freeze the water. in regards to the utensils I was not aware that we had some utensils that were outdated , they have been replaced. We have enough supply on utensils for at least 16 people. We always Strive to provide a memorable experience for our guests. Once again thank you for choosing us, very grateful for your business. My family and I had a very pleasant and lovely time at Rancho Paraíso. Isaías and Saraí, in particular, were very attentive and friendly; they helped us a lot during our stay. I would stay at his ranch again. Thank you.

We had a great stay at this beach Airbnb! The place was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We were a group of 16 people, and there was enough space for everyone to enjoy the stay. The location was great, and the house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to large groups or families looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
