Private place, with all the amenities mentioned in the app. Small pool but suitable for cooling off and perfect for the kids. The rooms are large, as are the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and good for resting comfortably. Bath towels and for the pool. TV only for apps like Netflix, HBOMAX, etc. Quiet, safe place, and there are supermarkets and lots of restaurants nearby. There are nearby beaches such as Ventanas and Arco, among others. Paved road. Jeremy was very helpful and was always attentive to what we needed. Thank you very much, Jeremy. In short, a very nice, safe and comfortable place, which we hope to return to in the future.

The house offered the best value for money we have experienced so far in Costa Rica, and we have been traveling through the country for six months now. It is beautifully located in a well-maintained residential area with other houses. Birds are chirping everywhere, colorful animals are flitting around you; a little tropical paradise. The location was also particularly convenient: Everything is within walking distance; supermarkets, one small and one large, as well as very good restaurants. This version would be a bit warmer and even more beautifully formulated for Airbnb: So far, this house has offered the best value for money we have experienced in Costa Rica, and we have been traveling through the country for six months now. It is beautifully located in a small development with other houses, nestled in a vibrant, tropical setting. Birds are chirping everywhere, colorful birds are flitting around you; a truly wonderful place. The location was also particularly pleasant. Everything is in walking distance.

We needed a few days at the beach. Distance was good from other activities arpund ojochal. Property boundaires were a bit small but we didnt have any issues with neighbors. About what we expected. It was a good value and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend and come again

The villa is very nice, has good facilities, it has everything you need, nice quiet area, nice well-kept garden and pool. Jeremy was nice, friendly, and helpful, we will be happy to come back.

The home was nice and clean and it had a small refreshing pool. It was pretty spark otherwise. The kitchen was missing a few key items, like a can opener, but for the most part we made due. The kitchen, pool and living room did not have any privacy curtains and the driveway to the houses above could look right in which was weird at night. There was air conditioning in all the rooms except the main living room/kitchen which made it a bit warm but there were a lot of fans we kept running. When we arrived the sheets were so worn, they wouldn't stay on the bed and were ripped with no mattress covers so we often ended up on the bare mattress. To their credit, they replaced the sheets upon request. The comforter was completely worn out. The living room couch with the typical low back and long bench was unbearable to sit on. I wouldn't stay there again. Communication could also be better.
