I can’t say enough about this beautiful location. It’s rustic and natural and perfectly located. If you want a real Nicaraguan experience in a beautiful chalet style with the most incredible deck overlooking the harbor, this is your place. I enjoyed every single minute of it. It’s probably not for people that like a super squeaky clean modern environment. Not that the place isn’t clean because it is. It’s just a bit more rugged. I loved it and I would go back in a minute. It’s very affordable as well.

A rare, affordable find that had stunning views, privacy, and the most amazing wrap around private patio. The property is fairly unassuming when you enter yet then you realize you’ve discovered a private tropical paradise. The few steps required to get there are nothing compared to the views and the chatter of the Pacific Parakeets at sunset. Great location to town and to beaches. Jean Luc was a great communicator and Fernando and Rebeca (on site) were so kind. I would stay here again in heartbeat!!! Strongly recommend Casa Lobotepe as thats the rental with the best private balcony and breathtaking. be aware … during holidays there were lots of parties and fireworks surrounding the property. The noise didn’t come from Jean Luc’s property but from the neighborhood. Couple of times water went off and one or two short bouts of no electricity. Nothing hugely inconvenient. Host shared it was a lively time of year in advance. Not a complaint just an FYI. Strongly recommend!

Great place for the money you pay. It could be a little cleaner, but the view and the space make up for it. Would recommend.

You have to be there to fall in love of Lobotepe, while it looked rustic it felt cozy and with character! plenty of space in the apartment. The view gorgeous and it’s around the hill so is cool all day! I absolutely loved it, I would live in Lobotepe

Dont think, just book it. Away from the center madness but still 5/10mn walk to all you need (restaurants bars, etc..) , best view in town, a little piece of heaven.
