Not many places you can watch sunrises and sunsets from the same place. Amazing views, clean accommodations, good location. Will stay again!

702 was fantastic, spacious and beautiful views of the blue water. Each morning we can see the cruise ships heading towards the port and then leaving in the evening from our balcony while sipping on wine. The pool is heated and feels great when windy. A nice beach club next door for drinks and food or you can take a chase to lay out if you don't want the pool at complex. Met all expectations for 4 adults

LOOK NO FURTHER for your vacation! This place exceeded our family of 6 expectation. Fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels, huge comfy beds, 4 large bathrooms, a deck with an amazing view.... you can't ask for anything better. We were greeted with soft music as we entered and right away my kids spotted the @ snack baskets that were left for us. An arrangement of chips, fruit, nuts & pop was the perfect refreshment from our long trip here. Immediately I went to the deck and my jaw dropped at the view. Gorgeous turquoise water. It's on the north part of the island which isn't by the downtown, so it was quiet & peaceful. The water had perfect snorkeling & Courtney had all the gear we needed for that or building castles. The private pool was pristine. Courtney never hesitated to answer my concerns or check in on us during the hurricane. The maid was so sweet & cleaned up after us. The ONLY bad thing was the elevator was out so make sure you can walk 110 steps but trust me... it's WORTH IT!

The place was beautiful and very clean. The host was helpful in providing instructions ahead of time but also responsive if we had questions. The kitchen was the best. We like to cook and it had the best cooking/baking supplies I have ever seen-pots, pans, spices. Additionally, they had a welcome basket with non perishable food items so we didn’t have to rush to the grocery store upon arrival. Very thoughtful!! Fantastic location, great pool and awesome beach! Highly recommend!

overall, a very nice place to stay, the best view in all of Cozumel for sure. Impressive, from 6 to 7 in the morning and see the arrival of two cruises every day, and uff the sunsets, beautiful beach. Without hesitation, I would come back.

Our family really enjoyed the beautiful views and convenience in location. It’s the perfect place to relax, explore and spend quality time with your family. We were never disappointed in this house, or anything that I had to offer. It was truly perfect <3

This is a spectacular unit. This summer was our second consecutive vacation to Cozumel with my young family (8, 6, 2, 2 month old) + our nanny. The space was perfect and completely safe. Last year, we stayed just down the road at another condominium complex. We selected this one because it was a little more spacious for comparable pricing. It is clean, well kept / maintained, and the daily maid service is wonderful to have—especially on the days / nights that we cooked meals in the home. All of the pics are accurate and you can expect what you see. The pool is great because it is not crowded at all. Our kids swam almost everyday and there were only a couple times when there were a few others in the pool. The house is stocked with all of the essentials plus all of your needed beach gear: snorkels, towels, toiletries, etc. The welcome basket was also a nice touch. In addition to the massive rear balcony facing the ocean, there is a small street facing balcony that gives a lovely view of the jungle right off the dining room. Wi-Fi is strong and consistent—making movie nights really fun. Ruby is the house keeper and she is delightful to interact with each day. FYI: we rented a Jeep because we like to drive around, but you are only a 5 minute drive from the center of Cozumel were the ferry’s arrive and major shops and restaurant. I rent my jeep each year from a guy nicknamed “Bambino” +52 987 111-4392. WAY cheaper than airport rental, but he meets you at the airport. Tell him Brandon sent you. I’m talking $300+ dollars cheaper than airport or major car rental companies. Cortney responds quickly, is as helpful as possible, and has a great home that was perfect for my family of 6 + our nanny. I would HIGHLY recommend renting this spot for your vacation!

Description of the condo, location, amenities, etc... are as described. This location is great since is away from the crowded downtown but close enough to walk or a short cab drive. We enjoyed the view and the beach.

Cortney was very thoughtful and helpful. There was easy communication with her. Gorgeous condo. Everything was lovely. Nice and quiet location. A perfect place to relax.
