Excellent! We went for 2 nights and everything was spotless! The apartment was very clean and well equipped, beach towels, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, excellent! The apartment is very well located, steps from the beach and in front of the pool. Highly recommended!

We had the place, everything was spotless. Only the water heater wasn't working but they repaired it as soon as we pointed it out. We'll be back.

I’ve been to Gianmario’s villas multiple times and surely will come back many others. Love the place, proximity to the beach and pools. The checkin process is straightforward and Gianmario is always responsive. Very well recommended.

Excellent property to get out of the urban environment, I went with my family and some friends, we had a great time, the property is very conveniently located, the place is quiet, it has all the amenities, security, amenities and excellent beach, we only had a problem with one of the air conditioners, it stopped working the last night, however the response was quick from the host and co-host, however the damage could not be solved, I guess it was something serious as a result of an electrical outage, the apartment is cool for the season, I recommend putting paper on the doors and windows with heat insulation, since the sun can affect the operation of the air conditioning in the dining room - kitchen Overall I would book again, it was a good experience.
