Our stay was very nice and relaxing. The place is incredibly private, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the tranquility. At night we could hear the sound of the frogs, which made the experience feel even more special and in contact with nature. The outdoor bathroom was a very pleasant experience; it was clean, nice, and much more comfortable than we expected. In addition, the host was very friendly from the start and was kind enough to allow us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would definitely recommend this place to those looking to relax in a quiet and private environment.

Agua Azul was just breathtaking. the description was accurate and the directions were super precise and helpful. i highly recommend staying here!

What an incredible get away! This spot makes you feel like you are right in the jungle. From our patio, we saw so much wildlife including tucans, frogs, hummingbirds and so many birds. The hosts also offer a night walk tour where we saw so many frogs and learned about the various plants and their uses. We saw and learned more on this tour than ones provided by tour guide groups! We also were able to see a sloth on our final day while taking a walk through the trails on the property! Incredible!

There's a reason why you find so many people happy with this place!! We were floored at the view from our patio. I spend every evening in the hammock chair watching the fire flies and listening to the wildlife. We felt total privacy though the family is quick to assist if needed. The slider opens up the whole studio to nature and although my husband was hesitant about the outdoor shower, it turned out being one of his favorite amenities. As another reviewer provided the tip- the less the water pressure, the hotter the water. Would stay here again. So close to town but far enough away to feel immersed in the jungle.

Loved this place!! The hammock outside was awesome! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed laying outside both during the day and night. Saw soooo many birds including a mot mot! It's nice and tucked away but relatively easy to find. We got a flat tire our second day in La Fortuna and a resident of the neighborhood came out rushing to help us! There was some contruction nearby but it wasn't loud enough to bother us. The outdoor shower was also very cool! Glad I booked!

The most wonderful and unique bungalow- we had an amazing stay and enjoyed all the nature surrounding the air bnb. The hosts were so amazing and kind, and also prepared the most delicious meals. Definitely recommend staying here in La Fortuna

The landscape is really beautiful, and the accommodation is very comfortable. Everything is incredible.

The home is beautiful

This place is very cool. We were able to see so much wildlife just out the windows or while sitting on the deck. Definitely do the night walk with them, it was outstanding. If you’re not good with insects- definitely heed their warning but it didn’t bother us too much. The hot tub is very hot and the outdoor shower is so aesthetically pleasing. Smart tv was a great touch for nighttime when you aren’t watching the wildlife through the floor to ceiling windows. There are trails and a clean beautiful river to explore on the property as well. The family is so kind and attentive and brought us salt and pepper and a few bowls upon request. The AC works amazing. Overall had a great stay here!

I do not regret booking this place ! You can spend time outside sitting and seeing the wildlife come to your door. Far enough for peace and quiet but also close enough to fortuna if you need groceries or food.
