Beautiful brand new apartment Very clean and beautiful. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Very safe building with doorman 24 hours.

I have stayed at several places in Panama City and this unit by far is the cleanest and most comfortable. You have everything you need and is a corner unit with plenty of space and 2 balconies. The area is very walkable to all of the area. The building has 24 security and has a beautiful rooftop pool along with an on-site restaurant. I’ll be back again if the unit is available.

I literally could not ask for a better deal. The building has 24/7 Security. I felt safe.The rooftop pool area gives the most beautiful view of Casco Viejo, Cinta Costera and even the Islas de Flamenco. This location is walking distance from El Machetazo market which has very reasonable prices. Basically, this location is in the heart of Casco. All of the restaurants with rooftop views of Panama City skyline and the museums are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. And to be at the heart of town when Panama qualified for The World Cup was beyond amazing! Please definitely dive into the history of the neighborhood before making judgments.

Great place to stay! It was nice and clean! They also allowed me to check in early since I had to leave early the next day. If you are a light sleeper be mindful of the street noise. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The apartment was a beautiful space in a very beautiful building with amazing views from the awesome rooftop - particularly at night. Hosts were very helpful, friendly and genuinely caring. Great location.Nice large beautifully lit living room and great space up top with pool for exercise and views of all panama.

Very accessible to night life and restaurants. I was able to walk to amazing restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Host was very quick with communication. There was a slight problem at check in, but the host fixed it immediately. Was able to meet the host (and daughter) and had very personable conversations. Looking forward to booking again and staying longer.

The Airbnb was in a perfect location. Everything in casco viejo was in walking distance and anything else was an affordable uber away. They responded very quickly and will definitely have me book them again for my next visit.

We came back here for another 3 days after las Islas de San Blas. Just as fabulous as the 1st stay!

I am a world traveler. I have been to so many places and different countries, I must have been in about 15 plus different places in Panama alone. I am so spoiled now and the reasons for this is my stay at La Cuadra it was just Pefect!!! Very comfortable, lovely, classy and the furnishungs... Beautiful! Everyone working in the building was so sweet and helpful. The host Stefanie Wowa, Amazing... above and beyond!!! You cannot not find a better place to stay. I don't care how much money you spend. I've done it all. This is the very best place. Thank you all for my perfect stay.

I enjoyed my stay . Really close to all of the nice restaurants and entertainment in the area. Great views from the rooftop area and a great breeze. 24 hr front desk was awesome and where very helpful when needed. Stefania was great as well.

The apartment is wonderful, comfortable, clean and very spacious, better than in the pictures. The building employee was very kind and helpful. The location is great for walking along the Casco. I highly recommend it.

A very good stay. I had already stayed in this building before, but the apartment was different and nice. Very clean, tidy, cared for, everything was perfect. They were quick to respond to me and were always attentive. As I travel for business, I always have to do certain things for which they helped me solve it a lot. 100% recommended. The area is not the quietest, being on the shore of the Old Town, but the building is well cared for and there is always police. You walk one block and you are already inside the helmet without any theme. At night there can be a bit of noise outside but that's it.

We spent nearly 2 weeks at Stefania’s place in Casco Viejo. Such great restaurants and local culture within walking distance. Her place is on the edge of the tourist district and the locals can be very loud in the evening and early morning. We wear earplugs at night which I highly recommend. The space was lovely just as described. We fixed several meals and the bed was comfortable. Aya la Vida, the restaurant below the apartment was amazing with exceptional service. The rooftop pool area was awesome as was the check in attendant. Close to the Presidential residence so plenty of police presence throughout the city. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was unbeatable—everything was within walking distance, including amazing nightlife, restaurants, and local attractions. It truly made exploring the area so convenient. What stood out the most was the exceptional front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or questions I had. They even provided excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made my trip even more memorable. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was the perfect base for my trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to come back! And yes we also went to San Blas Islands which is worth to check out!
