Our group of six had an unforgettable stay! The home was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and value, with beautiful king suites, incredible amenities, and a layout that made us feel at home from day one. Communication with Agueda was outstanding—professional, responsive, and incredibly organized. Every detail, from excursions to groceries and chef menus, was planned flawlessly. Laura welcomed us, had everything stocked before arrival, and even made an extra grocery run so we could make homemade salsa. Karla, our housekeeper, graciously came in on her usual day off to care for our group and was attentive, thoughtful, and truly exceptional. Chef Hassan elevated the entire experience with restaurant-quality meals, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service. We even agreed his food was better than the restaurant we visited! We can’t recommend this home enough and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Agueda, Laura, Karla, and Chef Hassan!

My husband and I brought our adult children to Cabo for a family vacation and the house was a perfect place for us. Agueda was responsive to me and my guests. The house was pristine and well appointed, the photos didn't do it justice. The community was secure and the beach was beautiful. The cleaning and service staff were top notch. I would happily return!

We had an exceptional stay at Agueda’s. She helped with all the pre-planning coordinating dinner reservations, transportation and a boat charter. The house was perfect for a girls weekend and about a 15min walk to the beach. We hope to return soon!!

The Airbnb was truly amazing! Agueda hosted my bachelorette of 9 and it was perfect! The Airbnb is better than the pictures! So spacious and we never felt cluttered being 9 girls. She was also so helpful with providing shuttles, recommendations and so much more! Can’t wait to come back again!

This home is absolutely beautiful!! Agueda is so kind and very responsive. She was so accommodating! My favorite part about it all was the luxury! The house assistant was excellent and timely! The groceries we ordered were fresh, well picked, and delivered fast. We had chefs and transportation services that were well worth the money. Whenever I come back to Cabo, this is definitely where I’m staying. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know.

Me and 7 ladies stayed at Chiquitita for a long weekend for my bachelorette and it was unbelievable! The pictures do not do this place justice; it is truly so beautiful and so clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach (uphill on the way back and we were able to swim there. Fresko is a great grocery store/coffee shop and is a 5 minute walk. Agueda set up our transportation everywhere and private chef accommodations and everything was great and convenient.

I celebrated my bachelorette at Agueda’s lovely home and we had the most amazing time! The rooms were extremely comfortable, the pool was very relaxing, and the house itself is even better in person than the pictures. Agueda was very kind to me and my girls and made sure that we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here as not only is the home beautiful and comfortable, but it’s also in the most peaceful and safe/gated community that has access to a private beach. Thank you for such a lovely stay and hope to be back some day!

We had an incredible stay at this property and can't wait to return! The home was beautiful, spotless, perfectly located, and secure - the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The community is a gated community and we felt extremely safe throughout our stay, with all visitors needing to register before entering the neighborhood. The property even provided a daily cleaning service. Agueda went above and beyond helping us coordinate logistics and services for our stay (including a private chef, grocery delivery, transportation, etc) and was responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire experience seamless. We truly couldn't have asked for a better stay in Cabo!

Beautiful home, perfect for a family or large group. Every bedroom was wonderful and had their own bathroom. Ageunda was the best host we've ever had. She was so responsive and gave amazing recommendations. Our daughter got sick (twice) and she had a doctor at the house within 15 minutes or less. The housekeeper was extremely lovely and kind as well as the house manager. We hired the recommended private chef Irving and a last minute one named Hassan and they were both incredible. Book this house and you won't be disappointed. I can't say enough wonderful things!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family, with everyone having their own bed and bathroom. The pool was fantastic, and being able to control the temperature was a great bonus. The host was very helpful and assisted with coordinating airport transportation and a private chef. The chef was extremely friendly, and the food was excellent. There’s a grocery store directly across the street—while it does require crossing a busy highway, it’s manageable. We rented a golf cart, though access is limited mainly to the beach area. The beach is walkable, but if you’re traveling with kids or older guests, a golf cart is recommended. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk, and the return trip is slightly uphill. Overall, the property was excellent, and we would absolutely recommend it

We truly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciate the care the host put into the home. It was such a treat to arrive to a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, especially since our stay included Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The heated saltwater pool was very pleasant, and the furniture and balcony views were calming and relaxing. The décor was beautiful without being overly done. Having an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus for our group. We were also welcomed with a thoughtful selection of refreshments upon arrival, which made us feel right at home. Overall, it’s clear that a great deal of thought went into this custom home, and it made our stay very special.

Can’t say enough about this place. Just stunning! Great view of the ocean from the pool loungers. There’s a wrap around deck you can step out to enjoy from each of the bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs suite has an amazing bathroom with private patio next to the soaking tub. Separate temp controls in each of the rooms. Communication was great. Agueda took care of the grocery shopping for us so that we’d have food and drinks stocked at the house upon our arrival. She provided some great restaurant recommendations and helped us make reservations to Ilios (book a late dinner for fire show and plate throwing!). She also helped us arrange for dinner service at the house with a private chef on our last night there. Food and service was excellent. Arturo’s bone marrow and corn was to die for! House cleaning came daily and everything was so clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The Marina, restaurants, and shops were just a 10 minute Uber ride away. Thank you Agueda for a wonderful stay!

I stayed with some friends here for my 40th and we had a great time. The house is well appointed and I loved that each room had en suite bathrooms which was great for a girls trip. The location is convenient next to a lot of stuff and what stood out the most was Agueda and how communicative she was. She was SO responsive and always available for advice and concierge. We had groceries sent to the house ahead, used the private chef and also used the airport transfer service. You can’t beat the convenience and her responsiveness was top notch. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed with 2 babies (8&9 months), 2 three year olds, 4 parents, and 2 grandparents and it was perfect! Highlights: - shallow pool area was so amazing for the toddlers - house is beautiful, it feels like a 5 star hotel and every room is great - comfortable beds We hired Albert the chef from Kreaccion Los Cabos to cook 1-course lunch & dinner multiple times and it was priced reasonably and made the trip 10000xs more enjoyable with a big group (and tiny kids). They shopped, prepped, cooked & cleaned and food was always done on time! It absolutely made the trip since we had time to relax in the pool & go to the beach. We also rented baby gear from Baja Baby Gear and they made it so easy! Things to be aware of: - Beach is not a comfortable walk. Especially not with young kids! It’s also not really swimable, but is beautiful at sunset. - the last night I believe I was bitten by bed bugs, although my husband in the same bed was not. I did bring it to the hosts attention.

This house is stunning. Modern and sleek, the house is beautiful. The living space is large and the kitchen had everything that we needed as a group. The bedrooms were clean, and the bathrooms luxurious. The pool and patio area were perfect for lounging. The host was very responsive and friendly. The concierge service bought groceries to the house, helped me book transportation and dinner reservations. The host made the trip so easy and relaxing. I would highly recommend booking this house.

Agueda helped get us pre stocked with groceries, we booked a private chef with her and she helped us with booking transportation. She is a very responsive host. I cannot rave about this place enough! My girls and I stayed here for my bachelorette trip, and we were not ready to leave! Agueda was quick and eager to respond to any questions we had leading up to our trip and while we were in Cabo. If safety is a concern for your group like it was for mine, leave your worries behind. The gated community was extremely safe and would not let any of our Ubers or shuttles in without confirming the name of our house first. Casa Chiquitita is even more breathtaking in person. The master bathroom was just BEAUTIFUL and heavenly. The AC blasts cold air, the pool was so relaxing, and the cleaning crew were so friendly, and respectful of our privacy. They came in everyday while we were away and tidied up while also keeping any of our decorations and personal belongings organized and easy to find. Also highly recommend the Koi sushi spot nearby in Agueda’s guidebook. Would definitely stay here again. Gracias por todo Agueda!

We loved this home very much! It was so clean and spacious and decorated really nicely. The bedrooms get very cold with the AC wall units so you will sleep comfortably! Plenty of towels and kitchen ware for the 8 of us. The host is easy communicate with, helped me book activities and transportation, and was super responsive when I had any questions.

I could not recommend this place more for anyone looking to stay in Cabo. The host, pool, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms.. everything - amazing. Multiple people mentioned they felt right at home.. plus the sheets and bedding is SO NICE

This place was by far one of the most beautiful and relaxing stays we’ve had. We went with kids and it was the perfect house with lots of swimming time and places to relax. The pictures are completely accurate and we hope to go back and stay again. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. I honestly can’t say enough nice things. The daily housekeeping helped keep this house clean and comfortable.

We traveled with another family and had 5 kids total. Home offered plenty of space and was very well kept. Housekeeper came every morning and cleaned up. A very nice treat. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Did walk down to the private beach one afternoon. I would absolutely stay here again.

We booked this villa for 4 nights for my bachelorette for 8 girls and everyone loved it. Walking distance to a beautiful private beach, easy uber into either Cabo San Lucas or Jose, the location can’t be best. The chef, David, was one of the best meals we had all trip. Carla, who came everyday, was lovely and kept the home spotless. Can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Huge thank you to all of the vendors / staff / concierge.

Stayed here with a group of girls and had the best time! The house was perfect for hanging out and spending time with each other. Each room had its on bathroom as well. The property is a 10 min walk from beach, and to the grocery store which made it convenient. Thank you for the great stay!

Beautiful space. Lots of stairs but we're young families so that was not a concern. The pool was warm. Someone came over unannounced the second day which was weird but she said she was greeting us. The bathroom flooded but they handled it the next day. The pool heater worked great and was the reason we booked this home over more affordable homes. Everything was clean and functional which we appreciated. Would recommend!

Agatha and her assistant Laura were incredibly responsive and helpful. No matter what questions we had. The villa was exactly as listed, it’s incredibly beautiful and was immaculate. The landscaping is tended to on a regular basis. The interior house keeping staff is thorough and very respectful. I would recommend this home to anyone, it is perfect for couples or a family.

If you’re thinking about booking it… just do it. I booked Casa Chiquitita for my 30th birthday and it was the perfect fit for my group of 9. The views and set up are even more beautiful in person. My friends could not stop complimenting how beautiful the space was, especially the outdoor pool area. Everything was clean and spotless — My sister even accidentally walked into the window one night because it was so clean Agueda is a top tier host and helped me SO much with planning my weekend when I felt behind. She took care of booking restaurant reservations, massages at the villa, and private chef services. She even helped me arrange birthday decor! My birthday weekend would not have been the same experience if it wasn’t for Agueda. I would love to come back again in the future!

Agueda’s place was absolutely amazing. It was just as gorgeous as the pictures and allowed our family to spread out throughout the whole house. Carla the cleaner came every day and was so nice and did a great job. The gated community was so peaceful and we felt very safe during our entire stay.

This Airbnb is amazing! I stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was amazing! I was worried because this was my first time not staying in a resort in Cabo but there is security at the front and with the housekeeping that comes in every morning! It was also very easy to get an uber/taxi to downtown Cabo. We also elected to do yoga at the house which was a highlight!

The house was spotless and they had a housekeeper come every day to keep the place clean and make you feel like you were staying in a hotel. I just returned from my stay in Cabo and cannot recommend this location and host enough!! beyond 5 stars! Agueda was very responsive during the planning process offering recommendations for activities and restaurants while also providing in home groceries on arrival and transportation throughout our stay. She was equally as responsive during our stay addressing any questions we had. The house was even better than the photos and the cleaning crew was fantastic. I’d definitely book this place again!

We had such a wonderful & memorable weekend at this Airbnb. The host played a huge role in our weekend going so smoothly & provided one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had, & I've stayed in several Airbnb's! We felt at home the moment we walked in with their adorable salsa/guac station & felt well taken care of the entire stay. Even prior to arriving the host made us feel prepped & ready for our upcoming stay. The host was extremely communicative and provided us with tons of wonderful local recommendations & even helped coordinate transportation for our entire group. They coordinated a beach workout on our behalf, taking all the scheduling off our hands too! I can't say enough kind words about the attentive care we felt from the hosts making our stay such a breeze. THE HOUSE IS STUNNING! It is truly stunning & has wonderful decor to compliment the space. Our weekend was really perfection. We cannot wait to come back and I hope to stay here on future family trips as well.

The home was in pristine condition, walkable to the beach and easy to get downtown! We had a fabulous stay and comfortably fit 10 girls for the weekend.

We did a family vacation here and it was just perfect. Kids spent 4 days in the pool which was just wonderful. House is spacious and both the bedrooms and the common space are comfortable. Having Carla come to clean up every day was an extra benefit. One of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb. Would definitely stay here again.

Agueda de Lourdes’ home was beautiful! 8 of us stayed here for a 4-day bach trip and it was great! It’s close enough to catch a ride to downtown but we ended up staying on the property a lot too. Agueda also helped us scheduled transportation and all of our activities! She has a daily house cleaner to come do daily maintenance cleanings and wash towels, dishes, etc. Agueda was super response. Definitely recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful!

Absolutely gorgeous home! Looks just like the photos but even better in person. Family of 8 adults plus three infants under 18 months. Lots of room for everyone. Sound proof rooms made for excellent sleeping. The kitchen was a bit lacking in provisions, but they were super responsive in getting us what we needed and we cooked every night. Also the dishwasher didn't work but the cleaning crew washed them daily. Also, the main oven didn't work, (but the smaller oven did.) We all had a little trouble finding the place at first but the guys at the gate were able to direct us. We loved our visit and will be back!

It's in a gated community, so it feels very safe. The furniture and decor was very comfortable and homey. Beds and linens were comfortable. Agueda's house in Cabo Bello was amazing. Traveled with my family for a week over thanksgiving and we were extremely happy with out decision to say at her house. The house it self was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pictures really don't do it justice. We hung out by the pool pretty much every day and the water temperature was perfect to cool down in the mid afternoon cabo heat. Each day the house was cleaned to perfection by the maid staff. We used the chef service several nights and it was one of the best parts of our trip. Its super easy to get to downtown cabo with a 10 min Uber that only cost about 10 dollars each way. All in all I would highly recommend staying at this house. Also Agueda was a great host who was easy to get ahold of with any questions or to arrange things like having groceries delivered prior to our arrival.

What a pleasant surprise. Tucked in secure gated community one block from the “6 Star :-) “ Cape Resort. Our own 24 hour concierge service. Every suite, beautifully appointed and modern. A daily cleaning service. Inside, everything we could possibly need including a grocery list that we were able to pre-order awaiting us on arrival. Across the road, a supermarket of the highest quality for anything we could possibly want. The ground level outdoor veranda, swimming pool,, sitting area, barbecue combination was so inviting & comfortable, we were out there every day. Easily accommodated our family of 7. My highest recommendation without reservation, and a huge thank you to our host, Agueda De Lourdes!

This house is incredible and Agueda is amazing - she exceeded all of my expectations and I am so grateful to her for helping us all have one of the best vacations of our lives. I rented the house for my girlfriend’s birthday party and Agueda went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped me arrange for chefs to come to the house 2 of the nights and the food was amazing and the chefs were so fun. Agueda also booked a masseuse to give massages on the balcony. She even helped get a beautiful birthday cake. The housekeepers were so kind and we were happy to have them each day - one even put up birthday decorations. The house is even nicer than the photos show and it has everything you could possibly want. The beds and linens are divine. The pool is so nice and during sunset the entire patio glows gold as the sun sets through the palm trees. You are close to the beach and great restaurants. Book it and Agueda will make sure you have an unforgettable trip!

This Airbnb is the BEST Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The Airbnb is exactly as pictured - beautiful, spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could ever need for a trip to Cabo. Agueda, Karla and the Casa Chiquitita team are spectacular. Agueda was incredibly responsive to all my questions during the days leading up to the trip and helped arrange a seamless grocery delivery ahead of our arrival. The daily housekeeping is also spectacular. I came here for my bachelorette and could not have been happier. This place is perfect for a big group and you’ll have the best time. We had a wonderful stay at Agueda De Lourdes! The house was amazing and exactly as the photos represented. The location was a quick taxi to downtown and in the perfect location for peaceful mornings and nights! We loved lounging on the patio and in the pool. Perfect stay!
