We loved the house. It was super large and the cleanliness was excellent. Very nice common areas and spacious, well-lit rooms Beach access is immediate since the house is in front of the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. Edith is an excellent host. She was attentive to everything. There is excellent privacy and security

While the beach was the main attraction for us (you can see and hear the crashing waves from the property), the house itself was wonderful. The layout works very well: the kitchen, bedrooms and pool are all located around the outdoor dining/common room and pool. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The caretakers were friendly and always helpful. We would very much like to return

The place is beautiful but just as they expect guests to comply with their rules they should too. My kids stayed in a room the completely flooded, their suitcases were soaked, I told them and they solution was don’t use that shower anymore, I was honest and said I was paying for two extra guests and I didn’t mind paying but they had to share beds since that room was flooded fir that day, I was reminded to pay for the two extra people who ended up sleeping uncomfortable because of the flooding issues. Too bad it’s such a nice place but unless I’m reimbursed for the suitcase and clothes damage I wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the shower issue affected your experience. For clarification, your original reservation included access to five bedrooms. As a courtesy, we opened an additional room for your group for the first time and did not charge you for its use. The shower problem was not known to us beforehand and only became apparent after it was used by members of your party. The issue was not reported to us until the following day. We have staff available on the property 24/7 for emergencies, and had we been notified immediately, we could have responded promptly and helped prevent the water from continuing to overflow. At the time, we were informed that some suitcases and clothing had gotten wet, but we were not told that any items had been permanently damaged. The claim for damaged belongings is new to us. Had we been informed, we would have offered assistance with washing and drying the affected clothing and inspecting the suitcases. Your group was aware that the reservation and stated capacity were based on five bedrooms before bringing the additional guests. Even with the size of your group, the property had enough beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. The additional guest charge was based on the number of people staying at the property, as explained before the reservation, and was not related to the number of rooms used. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the unexpected shower problem. We always make every effort to address concerns as quickly as possible when they are reported to us.

From the moment that you pull into the driveway, we knew this place was going to be amazing. We had lots of guests and there was plenty of parking. The entire decor of the place was beautiful and each room was well designed! The rooms were clean and spacious, and each room had their own bathroom and great functioning A/C units. Host left us lots of toiletries for all of our guests in the bathrooms. There was even outside bathroom and showers as well when you get in/out of the pool and ocean. My daughter loved that the beach was literally steps away, no need to walk a distance to access it. They also accommodated our request for extra towels and the staff on-site were extremely helpful, nice and had great attitudes! The place was very accommodating for elderly people, my grandparents were very happy with their stay. We felt extremely safe, and we were 15 min away (driving) from some of the best restaurants on Costa Del Sol! Visit Nammu, La Pampa, and Acajutla for great food & service.

Our stay was wonderful overall! The house is exactly as pictured, beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a large group. It’s well-equipped and we truly enjoyed our time there. A few things to note: most restaurants in town close around 7:00 p.m., so plan meals ahead. Bedroom doors cannot be locked without the caretaker’s help, which made securing belongings difficult. Our interaction with the caretaker was also not very friendly. Housekeeping could be improved. Common areas weren’t cleaned during our stay, and while trash was collected daily, extra bags weren’t provided without asking multiple times. Overall, it’s a lovely home, and with a few improvements, it could be exceptional. Thank you for hosting us!

Trash is collected daily, but we agree that additional trash bags and other basic supplies should be readily available without guests having to request them multiple times. We had a wonderful stay at Rancho Nenibella! The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for our entire family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well maintained and provided plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool was one of our favorite features and was perfect for both the kids and adults to enjoy throughout our stay. The outdoor area was beautiful, with an amazing ocean view and easy access to the beach. We loved being able to take walks on the sand and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Jose was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic place for a family getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable beachfront escape in El Salvador! 🌴☀️🌊

The ranch is very nice and spacious! But the truth is, I feel that they need more clarity and communication from the owners because they complain about many things, and the ranch caretaker is not friendly at all. On the contrary, he is a very serious person, and if someone in my family, for example, moved a chair, he complained. I mean, he complained about a thousand things, and I was always respectful and friendly and never complained about all the extra charges (because they charge you even for laughing at the ranch), but hey, I respect that! It's just that the caretaker should be friendlier, more communicative, and more helpful. Otherwise, the ranch is very nice, and that's why I asked each member of my family to take good care of it!!!

We had an amazing experience and are so glad we chose to stay at Rancho Nenibella. The pictures don’t do justice—the home is beyond beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to create beautiful memories. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Rancho Nenibella. Edith was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The caretaker of the home was very helpful, the home was well kept and very clean. It was exactly as advertised. We highly recommend staying here and will be back soon.

The location is beautiful and house was amazing! It’s close to the airport and close to my family’s home town so it was perfect for us. I wish we could have stayed longer but during the holiday week it was already booked. The only thing I wish was more transparent was the pricing as it goes up the more people you have in your group instead of a set nightly price (even though the house max is 30) We initially had 12 in our group but added an extra person and it went up $30 which isn’t a big deal but it constrained us from inviting more people even though more people could sleep/fit there. Also 2 of our guests didn’t end up sleeping there but we were still charged for them. Plenty of beds, would stay here again for sure but just keep in mind the amount of people you bring and budget that out. Try not to add anyone last minute if you don’t plan on paying more. Beautiful location, very clean, responsive and Jose was an amazing care taker of the home. Thank you we had a great time!

The place was impeccable, all the spaces were cozy and had everything we needed. Our family group really enjoyed the pool, which had fresh, clean water. We loved the large table for eating together; the lounging areas were sufficient for our group. Access and communication 10/10 Definitely a place to go back to. Highly recommended to visit

We had an amazing stay! The area is calm and peaceful, and the property is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We loved relaxing by the fireplace while watching the most beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The linens and bath essentials were fresh and convenient. The caretaker was very helpful, respectful, attentive, and always checking in to make sure everything was going well. The owners were very communicative and made it clear they were available if anything was needed, which gave us extra peace of mind throughout our stay. Being just steps from the beach made the stay even better. This place is perfect for families or couples alike. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
