Excellent house for a weekend with friends, we loved the pool, which had good air conditioning, all very practical. Communication with Mr. Ivan was exceptional, he was always available to assist us and answer questions, thank you.

The description on the listing was the one I found at the time of rental. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a good stay . The location is excellent; it is close to Plaza Coronado where you can find everything. The communication with the host was unbeatable ; since since the reservation, Mr. Carlos, he had contact and the times he needed to respond in a short time. My family group had a great time.

If you want worms in the room next to the bathroom, you can find them here (I have videos). In addition to kitchen utensils in poor condition such as a grater that can give you tea. Carlos invades your privacy with cameras throughout the residence, in the pool part and in the living room (Airbnb indicates that they should not be there). He tells you that he's watching you through the cameras that may also have microphones. The last 5 minutes before arriving to the residence are in terrible condition, there is no cell phone signal and WiFi is intermittent. The pool table has gaps in the part where the balls come in and fall constantly. In addition to this, Carlos is a person who does not care for his guests, since I was about to not be able to go due to a medical issue and he did not give us the option to reschedule or any refund out of consideration, he only cares about the money.

En el anuncio claramente indica que la residencia mantiene cámaras en las areas comunes(en ningún momento se le oculto esta información) y no se mantienen micrófonos para su información (Airbnb indica que cámaras ocultas no deben estar . En algún momento encontró una cámara oculta ? y la cámara de dentro se apaga una vez entren los huéspedes ya que solo la mantenemos como método de seguridad por que no vivimos allí .Todas están visibles y estáticas apuntando (lo reitero) a areas comunes . Esto para cuidarme de personas como usted que se aprovechan de que no vivimos cerca de la propiedad y rompen todas las reglas de la casa como llevar personas de mas y no querer asumir el costo de los mismos . Por que no comenta que le escribí en reiteradas ocasiones si habían llegado todos ? Pero como estaba sobregirado en huéspedes no me quizo contestar y claro que recurri a verificar cuantas personas eran realmente . El anuncio mantiene la política clara de cancelación si el huésped acepta las condiciones y le sale cualquier tipo de imprevisto que se salga de mis manos y busco la forma de reprogramarlo y tengo fechas que ya huéspedes me reservaron dígame que puedo hacer ? . A su llegada por que no indico todo lo que coloco en su comentario ? Por que lo indica hasta ahora que salió de la propiedad y no me lo dijo de inmediato? Claro cuando le consulte me dijo que todo bien y no tenia ningún problema , y mantuvo un tema con el gas y se le soluciono a la brevedad posible. Después de 7 reseñas casi perfectas creo que este comentario no demuestra la calidad de servicio que realmente ofrecemos . Y no demuestra los valores que debe tener un buen huésped . Lo realiza en represaría a que lo hayamos en sus malos actos y actuamos para que no se aprovechara de mi propiedad. Si hay cosas que corregir como la mesa de billar y no lo oculto tomaremos acción al respecto. Pero debió comunicarlo y no lo hizo.
