The apartment is impeccable: very well decorated, in excellent condition and as seen in the photos. Everything is well equipped and works without problems. Highly recommended for those looking for a safe and cozy place in Acapulco. Ana is lovely, always attentive and available for any need. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Also, it's worth asking about the cook service (at an additional cost), which can make the experience even more special.

Very nice apartment, spacious, bright and with an amazing balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. Very comfortable beds. The tower is not on the beach, but it is very easy to access the beach on foot or by a little train. The complex has several pools.

The apartment is extraordinary. It has everything you need to spend a few carefree days. In the kitchen, there's everything you need to cook and keep a pantry for when you don't want to eat out. The beds, furniture, and rooms are in excellent condition. In the complex, which looks like a hotel but is more exclusive and has a lot of rules that take care of your experience and guarantee relaxation, you can access restaurants, various pools, the beach, courts and more. If you prefer to eat at the restaurants in the complex, you will find reasonable prices; quality food, good variety, and great service. The card experience was very easy because they gave us 2 cards for the family. Chedraui Selecto and an Oxxo are nearby, making the place a great choice. Regarding the requested deposit, the 5,000 pesos, it was a transparent, fast and hassle-free process to get it back. Hiring the cleaning service for at least one day during your stay is ideal. GREAT OPTION.

Excellent location if you are going to the convention center for work. Very good area, but there is not much transportation to get around. The residential complex is incredible and the apartment is very good for a few days of rest at the beach. Ana is a super host.
