Tatiana was super kind and helpful. Recommend us places to visit and was super accommodating.

We stayed for 3 months and had a lovely time. The Villa is very private and we enjoyed the pool. We could walk to grocery stores and a small Soda we enjoyed. Tatiana was very responsive to any and all messages. The houses were quite close together but when the owners came they were very kind to us and it was an enjoyable time. We used public transit and there is a stop very close to the Villa.

Private, peaceful villa. Stayed for 5 weeks. No neighbors within sight or earshot, but not an isolated area. About 4.5 acres of walkable property. Internet was solid. Cool climate where AC was not needed. Pool and sheltered picnic area were nice. Grounds keeper was friendly and helpful. Two small supermarkets were within walking distance. The owners of the property were on site in the main house for a few days during our stay. I'm glad we were able to meet them. Very nice people. Would definitely stay there again

I cannot say enough about how beautiful and peaceful this property is. It was exactly what I needed. I will rent it again.

Pleasant and private place

We have rented properties to winter in many different countries and locations during the last 15 years. From the earliest stages of inquiring about the property and the neighborhood that surrounds it Tatiana has been the most helpful, and knowledgeable host we have encountered. During every stage of our experience renting and living for 3 months at Villa Heliconia Tatiana responded to every inquire quickly and thoroughly. We have never worked with a host that has met our needs as well as she did. She is the best. Our winter at this location was just what we hoped for.

Thank you Tatiana, we had a great stay at your place, great house with 4 big bedrooms, all amenities as described, easy to communicate with you, beautiful views from the house and the swimming pool, very kid friendly. All went like a charm. Can not recommend the place enough.
