Beautiful place. Rooms were spacious and had good AC. Outdoor space was better than the pictures.

Our stay was wonderful, as soon as we drove into the property it was like entering your own personal paradise! This property is appropriately described as an Hacienda with a great pool and hot tub as amazing amenities. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds, and the upstairs master has a sweeping vista of the ocean! There is not only a nicely supplied indoor kitchen, but also a great outdoor kitchen. I recommend this property to all staying in the Playa del Coco area!

The villa was just outstanding. AC was cool and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. The second story outdoor balcony had such a beautiful view. Loved having dinner there and just talking with my family about our day while we watched the sunset.

Gracious & helpful hosts. House had all the amenities & space for 7 adults on our trip. Cool wildlife at house: monkeys, iguanas and birds. Five minute walk to beach & Pacifico Beach Club. 12 minute walk to local groceries & coffee shop. 21 minute walk to center of Coco. It is best to also rent a golf cart which allows for easy travel (4 or 6 person) for grocery & beverages, as well as travel to Ocatel Beach (a must). We used a driver recommended by our hosts for transport to & from airport but also to visit Playa Grande for surfing. The local Costa Rican people are awesome. We plan on coming back soon! Thanks for an unforgettable trip!

Great spot for those looking to entertain families around Coco. Private but still close to everything. Hosts Patrcim and Chantel were fantastic

Our family of 4 stayed here over spring break and I can’t overstate how phenomenal our experience was. The living areas and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Large kitchen to cook for a group. The outdoor space was perfect. A large pool, covered outdoor cooking space with brand new grill and pizza oven. The projector for music or movies was fantastic. A 3 minute walk to the beach or less than 1 minute drive. The town was so charming with MANY local delicious restaurants. Having a washer & dryer on the property was so helpful to wash our beach towels throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Coco. Patric and Chantal have been very communicative and helpful throughout!

Outstanding stay with a large group. The 5 minute walk to the beach feels even shorter, and you are just a short 15-20 minute walk from town. The entire place is extremely nice and the outdoor area is just perfect. We found ourselves having trouble doing anything else other than hang out outside because of how nice it was. The hosts were excellent. They were responsive, friendly, and more than willing to give any information necessary while also making you feel comfortable. 10/10

5 min walk the beach. 2 min walk to a great restaurant. Wildlife outside the window. Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Del Coco. Thank you guys so much. Pura Vida

Our family of 15 had A great stay! The place was large and the views were beautiful. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we made good use of the projector for movie night! Patrick and Chantel were great hosts, very responsive. We did rent golf carts as it was easier with all the little ones but you could definitely walk to the beach and town if needed!

This place is AMAZING! The Host were great and responsive before and during the trip. The Vila was decorated nicely, amenities were on point, and the kitchen had all the essentials as you would expect from a great host. We even found beach chairs and accessories in the laundry room. My wife and I took the kids with their respective girlfriend and boyfriend and had a great time. The outdoor space provided a great place for game night, which we enjoyed late into the night. We rented golf carts to get back and forth to town and the locals were always waiving and wishing us a Merry Christmas. As previous reviews mentioned, we saw howler monkeys every morning and even mamas carrying their babies along the wall. This is a fantastic Villa to stay at. We will return to this same Villa, if we visit Playa Del Coco again. Thank you Patrick and Chantal for letting us enjoy your Villa.

This beautiful house is amazing, open space and location. We had a family gathering for a 60th birthday celebration. Family gather had 13 adults and 6 grandkids and when I say this house was perfect IT WAS!! The outdoor undercover patio was a great place to chill mornings and evening. The pool and hot tub was a life saver, grand kids enjoyed every day. Morning times outside sipping coffee was amazing, as we seen several monkeys climbing and hopping to other trees and they were making there loud noise to each other. We also seen several iguanas that blended with the color of tree limbs. We did rent 5 golf carts to get around in Coco, this was perfect for all, it is walking distance to beach, but it was just easy to drive golf cart. Patrick I want to thank you for the Transportation information (Costour) the bus we needed for our big group to pick up and drop off at airport. Baby rental information (Mangobabybeach) Patrick made this so easy!! I will contact him again in the future.
