Pura vida! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Angie was an outstanding host. She was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The views were stunning and having two pools and kitchens were a huge plus. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed. Plus, the location is ideal - private but super easy to find. 10/10!!!!

We had the best time at Jungleland! Like other reviewers noted, this property is gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed for a week with a group of 15, including 3 kids and 3 infants. We felt like we were living in the jungle, it was the best way to experience Costa Rica. Angie was the BEST host: booking activities for us, doing our laundry and made our stay a breeze. We hired Chef Rafael and he was incredible. He cooked 3 meals a day for us, at whatever times we requested, and that made the entire trip. His food was authentic, delicious, fresh, and accommodating to everyone. Not having to buy groceries, cook or clean was a real treat. We all also got to experience feeding the monkeys right from the deck on multiple days!!! Not to mention, the pools were gorgeous and everyone loved the slide (it is fast!!). Thanks again for the best family vacation!

Awesome place for a big family getaway! We really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful scenery, seeing so much wildlife was a huge bonus! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique getaway experience!

We had the most amazing time here! The host is amazing and very helpful. We used chef Rafael and Jossies transport service which were recommended by the host and both were amazing! Not only was the stay wonderful and beautiful but the host also helped us book all of our excursions. I HIGHLY recommend. This was the best place I have ever stayed and I really hope to return one day!

We had a wonderful stay overall, even though there were a few hiccups getting to the property on the first night. We loved everything the place had to offer - from yoga and the water slide to the incredible stargazing at night. We hosted our joint bachelor / bachelorette party here and we all had an amazing time!

We had the most incredible time while staying here. There was so much space to accommodate us all, and we even had extra bedrooms, if needed. The view from their house was AMAZING with the most breathtaking sunrises. Angie and Tim were great and so easy to chat with! They were so welcoming and fit right in with our family. They helped book our excursions, gave us local insights on things to do and see. Very responsive from the start and throughout the stay. They went above and beyond. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Already looking forward to our return!

We had a great time, great place for small groups (up to 16 pax, if you also want to have some privacy) For more person only shared facilities. Great place for retreats, have yoga mats, yoga terrace, smaller and bigger too. The owner could deal the only one issue very fast. The first morning the power went off, and we had no water and no electricity for 4 hours - which was very uncomfortable because we had to cook the breakfast, and everybody had to flush the toilet with the water taken from the pool. A spare geneartor would be very handy! The atmosphere and the scenery is stunning. The yoga terrace is very nice, the kitchen is nice and clean, and you can find everything for cooking. The big pool and the slide needs some renovation.

Wowowow. This trip was absolutely extraordinary! If you want a location that is hard to leave - because it’s so peaceful & the venue is beautiful this is the one!!! We hired Rafael based off of their recommendations to cook all of our meals during our 5 day stay and it was INCREDIBLE. We are already looking forward to our next time staying at Jungleland. 🤍

Angie and Timothy are perfect hosts from welcoming us and showing us the beautiful property to responding quickly to questions, making reservations and recommendations. They even came and found us when we’re lost trying to find the property in the dark the first night. Our family of 12 enjoyed hanging out together as well as privacy. The property is gorgeous everywhere you look. We also fell in love with the little dog who came to visit most days. We called him Ricky. 😂 Tell him hi!

6 adults and 6 teenage boys had an amazing stay. Jungleland property exceeded expectations and was nicer than the pictures. We were fortunate to have the monkeys visit us twice in a 3 night stay, which was a highlight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chef Rafael as a private chef. He made it so easy and is very friendly and reliable. Great communication. We brought back fresh tuna from a fishing trip and Chef Rafael did an amazing job with a tuna feast. Contact Angie for info. Overall, highly recommend Jungleland for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Note, the drive up to the property is an adventure 😉

Our stay at this beautiful estate at Hermosa Point was absolutely unforgettable. The property is spacious, luxurious, and perfect for a big group! The wildlife was one of the most magical parts of our trip. We had monkeys visiting the estate regularly, and watching them play in the trees right by the house felt like a true once-in-a-lifetime experience. The pool area was a huge highlight, especially with the slide. It added so much fun and excitement and quickly became everyone’s favorite place to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The estate is peaceful and private, yet still close to the beach and great restaurants. Everything was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts, Angie and Timothy, were truly amazing: warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They made everything so easy, from check-in to recommendations, and their hospitality made our stay even more special! We loved every moment and highly recommend it!

Loved our stay! Perfect place for a large group. The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. We utilized the chef service with Rafael who did a wonderful job on our special birthday dinner. Angie was very responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

What a beautiful gem of a place. From the yoga deck, to the pools, to the help with transportation. Our stay at Jungleland was next level beautiful and comfortable. The space was private, lovely, and our host were more than accommodating! Thank you!!

Jungleland was absolutely beautiful.. a private resort for our whole family. The rooms are unique.. the kids loved the tree house. The beds were so comfy. The showers were perfect in regard to the amount of hot water available. The kitchen is well appointed and in a nice central location. We were a group of 12 adults and 5 children. We saw so much wildlife right from the deck with an amazing view. We got to see monkeys and bird watch with amazing birds..frogs, iguanas, coati and so many new animals to learn about. With 2 pools and a slide there was so much to do. Our host and hostess were the best. Communication and hospitality were great. They were so helpful with suggestions for activities, where to buy groceries. Jose was there to help with any maintenance issues. I just can’t say enough about this wonderful home.
