The place is exactly as shown in the photos. The house requires maintenance The grill doesn't work properly. The pool had a lot of chlorine and the pumps don't work all day, only from 11 to 5. The host responds quickly and is friendly Something we liked was that he gave us options for check-out. It is a little over an hour from the main beaches, such as Conchal, Tamarindo and Flamingo. As far as tranquility is concerned, it is a very quiet place to rest.

The location and distances to the beaches and main points of interest are clearly indicated in the listing, so the claim that the property is more than an hour from the main beaches does not correspond to the actual location. Also, some of the comments about the operation of the property do not fully reflect the situation during your stay. The house receives regular maintenance, and we have a local team in charge of checking and addressing any issues that may arise. Large house as seen from the pool, minimal details. The battery needs to be changed in the front door. It would be good to replace the refrigerator filter so it cools better! Everything else was excellent

We had a great stay. Alejandro was always communicative. The house is very comfortable for large groups and is much more comfortable than I imagined. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the street is very accessible for all types of vehicles. You just have to travel 100 meters on a gravel road.

Alejandro is an excellent host. The place is just as shown in the photos. Check-in was flexible, and that gives it a lot of added value!!! He was super attentive to the questions we had and answered in a specific and respectful manner. Highly recommended place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The green areas were neglected. The pool lights didn't work. The pool area was stained. The kitchen is small for the number of people who can stay. They have a table for 6 people, so not everyone can sit down to eat. The refrigerator took 3 days to cool down because it was very full, but considering that this is a house with a larger capacity, there should be an additional refrigerator in the BBQ area or an additional freezer. One evening, we ran out of gas, and it wasn't fixed until the next day, so we couldn't make dinner that day. The ping-pong table is on the 2nd floor, where it is not easily accessible to everyone. The outdoor steps do not have a railing and are unsafe to go up or down. The trash cans were large, and the bags they provided were small, so taking out the trash was difficult. Alejandro always responded quickly to help us, but the house has plenty of room for improvement.

The house is beautiful, just like in the pictures, spacious and close to the beaches, the only not so good things is that when we arrived the pool needed to be clean, after I talk to Alejandro he moved quickly to get it clean, not ideal but we appreciate how quick and interested he was on solving the issue, and the other only bad thing is that the bedrooms upstair didn’t had a lot of water pressure complicating the taking a shower, overall it was a nice stay and we had a good time.

En época de verano por los vientos y calles de lastre alrededor se hace mucho polvo y se llega a “ensuciar “ la piscina más rápido de lo usual , el día antes de cada ingreso se limpia la piscina pero si pasan muchas horas después de la limpieza se puede notar “sucia” por ese motivo le hacemos servicio de limpieza de 3 a 4 veces a la semana para evitar inconvenientes.
