Great stay and great host! Beautiful location!

Prior to the date of our booking, the host was very proactive in communication to ensure a smooth transition. Once we arrived, the host greeted us at the door and made us feel very well taken care of. The photos on the website do not do it justices. It's a far more spacious then the photos indicate. It was a great layout, especially with the Penthouse floor. The whole area was perfect for walking to restaurants & bars with so many different options. We took several walks on the beach, which was literally a few steps away. We had a small issue with the waterfall system to the pool and the staff responded so quickly, it was hardly an inconvenience. All the rooms were very clean with with the scent to match the ambiance. Even the security in the late evening was so friendly. Each morning, they provided a cleaning service that was fast and efficient. They even helped some of my friends ensure that they did not leave their personal belongings when checking out. It was a really great experi

We stayed at Rick’s AirBnb to celebrate my brother’s bachelor weekend in CR. Our stay was everything that we expected and more, the accommodations were up to par and the communication from all staff 24/7 was unmatched. This was a perfect space for eight guys to have their own private space. The communal areas were also spacious and accommodating for entertaining ourselves in our guests. Everything is in walking distance, but you may want to rent a golf cart. The staff and host were wonderful. We will be back!

This Airbnb delivered a high-quality experience from start to finish. The location is a major advantage—less than a one-minute walk to the beach and about two minutes to the main strip with restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Everything was easily accessible, which made the stay very convenient. The layout of the property is well thought out, especially for group travel. The kitchen and main gathering area are separate from the bedrooms, allowing for socializing without disturbing others. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom, which adds a strong level of comfort and privacy. The private pool was clean, well-maintained, and kept at a refreshing temperature throughout the stay. The availability of a golf cart rental was also a valuable feature, making it easy to get around when walking wasn’t ideal. The penthouse suite stood out as particularly impressive—spacious and aligned with a luxury-level experience.

Rick and the team at hotel jaco exceeded o ur expectations. They were super friendly and very responsive from the day I booked. The rooms were very private and bathrooms were very cleaned. Highly recommend this spot for anyone!

Great rental for a large group! There were 16 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we need to cook. Angelica was super helpful in getting us checked in.

This is the absolute perfect place for groups. Everyone has their own private space but can gather in the community area. 2 refrigerators for storage is fantastic. And everything is in walking distance. We would only stay here if we come back. Only thing I would ask for is the pool to be cleaned (skimmed). Couldn’t find the equipment because I would have done it myself. Definitely didn’t stop us from using it.

Very nice place, but with a few hiccups. The address shows up in Maps as two different locations, which made things confusing for our driver. The property also goes by the name Hotel Zócalo. Check‑in is actually done at Hotel Jaco, and then you walk about half a block back up the road to Zócalo with your keys. When we arrived, the lock on the entrance gate wasn’t working, but the staff resolved it quickly. The pool was refreshing and very well maintained. The penthouse suite is absolutely stunning! The other rooms were fine for a short stay, but a bit cramped, and some had a noticeable musty smell. The location is excellent—you can easily walk to the beach, the main road, and plenty of restaurants and bars.

We had a great time at Zocalo! Staff was very responsive and it was really great that we had access to the hotel amenities in addition to what is listed. At one point we requested more towels and they were there in minutes! I would definitely recommend staying at Zocalo!
