We rented the second floor suites for six adults. We stayed 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location and view were amazing. So many great places to eat and have a beverage close by. Loved that the sidewalk was right there. It was wonderful having beachfront access and lawn chairs available. The deck off both suites were great to sit out on to watch the sunrise and have your morning coffee. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend these suites!

Nicolle's place was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the balcony and taking in the view of the beautiful Caribbean. The place was spacious and clean. We enjoy cooking and found the kitchen well equipped. The property is very well managed and was kept tidy and welcoming. Nicolle was super responsive and even reached out ahead of our stay to arrange taxi service for us. She also offered wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. We certainly hope to return soon and would love to stay here again. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful visit!

This was such a gem of a place. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and the view. It was so relaxing and centrally located to stores and restaurants in Placencia Village. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property and location. Easy access to the beach and "the sidewalk". Everything in the area is just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended stay! If you're a cat lover, Pepper (the resident feline ambassador) will keep you from missing your kitties.

Lazy Palms was fantastic and Nikki was a great host. The apartment was right on the beach, easy to find, easy to park the car and right around the corner from a bunch of restaurants, a grocery store and a great gelato restaurant. Nikki was always ready with recommendations.

Fabulous beach house in the heart of Placencia! My husband, our two kids, and my in laws stayed at YOLO and No Regrets, and it was perfect to be right next to each other but have our own separate spaces. The apartments were spotless with beautiful decor, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the porch overlooking the ocean couldn’t get any better. The host has thought of so many details, like tote bags with beach towels for all guests, umbrellas to borrow, and cozies for your cold beverages. The surrounding area was walkable to everything we needed so we parked the car on the Main Street and just walked everywhere for 4 days. Note that the place was a little hard to find at first and you will have to walk a short distance in from the road. The AC didn’t work in one bedroom but Nikki was attentive to the issue and called the repairman as soon as I told her about the issue. Overall a fantastic place! I’d most definitely return!

Best Airbnb ever!!! Amazing place right on the beach, close to restaurants & shops yet peaceful & private. Immaculately clean & has everything you need. The beach is perfect for daily swims & walks. I cannot say how great this place is. Book it now! Stay as long as you can. The host Candace is THE BEST & will connect you with anything that interests you. She’s a local with the best connections. 10/10!!!!

We rented Yolo and No Regrets combined (the whole 2nd floor of building). It was such a great spot and lovely apartment. Concierge Candace was awesome. She made sure to meet us upon arrival and find us parking and oriented us with everything we needed to know. You want beach - you got beach! The view and location are spectacular. Walkable (easy) to all restaurants and beach bars. Placencia is a very cool town and this rental made it even more so.

Absolutely beautiful! This place has a stunning view of the sea & is conveniently located to many little shops and restaurants. It's even more beautiful in-person than the website's pictures. All the rooms were super clean. Bonus, you can drink the tap water & it's good! I was worried about that. Reach out to the Property Manager if you need any recommendations for activities or restaurants, she had a ton of suggestions and contacts to help you plan your trip. We will definitely be coming back to Lazy Palms!

We had an INCREDIBLE stay at Lazy Palm Suites! The location is perfect, the views and the beach are beautiful, and the place was soooo comfortable! Our host Candace was a delight...
