The Villa is amazing! Great location to Tamarindo as well as the Playa Langosta beach and many others. Its about a 45 mins drive to airport. Its a 3-5 min scooter ride downtown Tamarindo. 2-3 min walk to beach. The villa was perfect. Small kitchen but everything you need to make a meal. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. The private socking pool was perfect for a night cap. Plenty of space for 2 couples even though it was just me and the wife. There were howler monkeys in the trees next to the complex which was a delight to see. We felt safe during the whole stay.

The location is really good, just outside Tamarindo. On the other hand, the villa lacks a little love. Cracked, stained walls... No decoration in the second bedroom.

We stayed at this place from May 10 to 24, 2026. It has many positive points and a few negative points. First of all, I loved that Claire spoke French. It made our conversations easier. Then the instructions were clear upon our arrival, and I appreciated the speed with which my questions were answered. We asked questions about the various activities in the area, and Claire was very proactive. Also, some kitchen utensils were broken, and everything was replaced within hours of our request. We needed an extension to plug in our golf cart, and it was provided quickly. The only negative points were regarding cleanliness. They came to maintain the pool several times a week and the water was very clear, but the walls were relatively dirty. Also, inside the accommodation, there were rings on the walls and stains on the curtains and a blanket (which I washed).

The place could’ve been taken care of a bit better. Stains on the curtains, walls, and it seemed like everything just needed a good touch up. Location was excellent though, close to a couple beaches as well as phenomenal restaurants!! Bed was a bit uncomfy and the blankets were super thin. Has good amenities thought but didn’t seem to appear and clean and appealing as listed. Just not worth what we paid for honestly but still a okay place to sleep, we weren’t there that much anyways.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in and relax right away. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet still within easy walking distance to the center of town. Perfect for grabbing meals, exploring, or just taking a stroll. Overall, it struck a great balance between convenience and tranquility. Recommend to anyone looking for an easy place to stay. Kids loved the little pool!

I had an excellent experience staying at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place. Carla was very communicative from the beginning. Offering us early check-in, directions to get to the beach and local restaurant recommendations. The house was very clean and super cute. Felt much like home and very relaxing. Walking distance to Tamarindo. Will be staying again and recommending friends and family.

Great place, great location! I was close to everything I wanted to go to. I had a golf cart, but I could easily walk to town which I did often. The condo is quiet, clean, and well air-conditioned. Having a pool really helped a lot when it came to cooling off in the middle of the afternoon. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little place in quit surroundings close to beach and lots to do 😃 highly recommended
