The accommodation is very nice and well located. Marisa is amazing! She even added furniture before we arrived to accommodate us so we can have 4 meals around a table outside as well as inside. Super well decorated. Vegetation makes us feel good. Very well insulated inside so as not to hear the quad bikes passing on the main street. We loved it!

Recommended!!!. We loved everything!!! As a recommendation, I would say that a microwave and a rice cooker would be needed. But otherwise it's a nice place✌🏻👌🏻

Very nice place, brand new, comfortable and with a great decoration. The pool is small but good enough for a quick refreshing dive after a day in the beach. Walking distance from ST beach and many restaurantes, it’s very much central but despite being a busy town you can really disconnect and relax at this place

The apartment was clean and in really good location.

These units are all new with very modern decor and as presented in the pictures but the location was absolutely the best part. We had a small grocery 30 seconds away and a pizza restaurant equally as close which my son said was the best pizza he has ever had. The main road through town is only partially paved and Casa Swell happens to be on that section, so dust and traffic congestion is at a minimum here. Beach access is only a five minute walk and also very close to the popular Eat Street restaurant as well. While we had a few mishaps along our stay I can’t commend Adam enough for his responsiveness. He was always less than five minutes away and took care of everything instantly. His hospitality truly made our week in Santa Teresa amazing. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Casa Swell!
