Absolutely loved staying there! It’s fun seeing the neighbors that are staying in the other rooms and everyone’s really friendly and helpful. Beautiful place, right around the beach. All the amenities were perfect but some improvements can be done with the kitchen section. Overall, 10/10 experience!!

This place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and right off the main street, so everything you need is close by. The space was clean, private, and exactly what I was hoping for. I loved how peaceful it felt while still being in the heart of Jacó. I’ll definitely be staying here again on every future trip back.

The place is very nice. I consider that to be so in the center of Jaco, it is quite quiet. Close to a lot of restaurant and super close too, to the beach. Regarding the care provided by the host, it was superb since the responses to the inquiries one had, were received almost immediately and always and I always considered the conversation very respectful and friendly.

Great place to stay! The beach was just a short walk as well as plenty of restaurants/shops/bars within walking distance. It was perfect for just my husband and I. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful small apartment, very centrally located in the village and to the beach. There is a small terrace that also serves as an access for the neighboring apartments. Free parking on the property. There are bars in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommended.

This place looked better than the pictures. Everything was great, the bed was super comfortable and parking was close. I was able to communicate with Juanita very easily. I just wish there was more toilet paper. We only received half a roll. Other than that, this place was great and very central to everything.

Very nice, clean and modern studio apartment that are right next to one of Jaco's beautiful beaches. Excellent customer service and replied quickly to messages. Absolutely recommend!

I loved the place. Clean, quiet, and easily accessible. Pending and friendly hostess... I will definitely have it in options at the time I return to Jaco. Detail or suggestion to make some agreement with somewhere that has a pool for the day pass. In short ame our stay, short but it was worth it.. Thank you

The place is very nice! Clean and new! Very close to the beach and restaurants. Walkable distance to the beach is about 200m and there are restaurants close by as well. Private parking, outdoor showers to remove the sand. Overall great place! I definitely recommend it

Safe, Clean and walking distance to everything had a Great Stay for Four nights!

This is the second time at the place and it is easy to find, has parking for your car and is in the middle of Jaco. The place is clean and close to the beach. If you are staying on a Saturday or Sunday night..... you will hear the clubs. However, you are in the middle of Jaco and that is what you paid for. A great value and great place.

Very good place for a short stay. The apartment matches the description and pictures. There was an issue with shower water pressure, but it has been fixed immediately. Overall my apartment was in very good condition, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Location is also excellent.

Helga is the nicest person I have ever met. She is very accommodating, incredibly friendly and will help you with anything you need. THis is the second time I have stayed with her and will stay with her again the next time I am in Jaco, and there will be a next time.
