A beautiful house, with all the comforts for you to enjoy.

This is a wow house, that has an unobstructed top level view of the beach and surrounding fauna. Punta Leona is a hidden local gem. The house itself made me wonder how it was constructed in such a manner that it blends seamlessly into the landscape, and allows the Costa Rican indoor/outdoor lifestyle. It is much larger than it appears to be in the photos, and it's hard to believe with the pool and balconies that it's all the same dwelling. The pool is completely private, and it is rare to catch a glimpse of another human being from the wrap around balconies. There is a small market and ice cream shop nearby, but it's a 20 minute drive to some very good restaurants, and a bit further to Jaco. The A/C, WiFi and hot water were reliable, and there are ceiling fans in the main room and kitchen. The host was very professional and made sure there were no surprises with the check-in or ongoing communication process. There were no negatives associated with this property.

Beautiful place. The house is incredibly spacious and exceptionally well-equipped – even better than described. It was spotless and located in a safe neighbourhood, conveniently close to the beach and a local supermarket while still offering a peaceful and private retreat. Luis was a fantastic host, always friendly and with excellent communication. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! Out of the many Airbnb places we have stayed at, Luis was by far the best host. We felt very well taken care of. The house was also probably the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Just beautiful, very comfortable, and with a very complete kitchen. There is a short walk to the small town with a market (which we used a lot), restaurant, and hotel. And beyond that, there is a short beautiful walk to the beach. Playa Blanca is amazing, especially on a sunny day. Paradise! Thanks for everything, Luis! We hope to visit your home again .

We very much enjoyed our stay in Playa Herradura-Jaco, Costa Rica. We had plenty of room to stretch out in and relax in the large living room/kitchen, pool deck area, & extensive covered veranda overlooking the beautiful coastal beach inlet and the surrounding forest & greenery just outside the home. From the home’s balcony, we observed Scarlet Macaws & Tucans both days we were here, and had a 10 minute walk down the hill to the ocean beach. We recommend this beautiful peppery and Luis was incredibly attentive & responsive and easy to work with. Saint Paul Prochnow Family

Don Luis is super responsive and was there for us regarding questions and helping us with any questions He is a flexible, polite and nice host The house is great and well maintained Thanks for a wonderful stay with my family :)

Don Luis was always very attentive and was always attentive to us and whatever we needed. She helped us with everything in order to enter the club. We went with our little dog and the spot was very comfortable to be with her.
