Our group had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful! The staff was so friendly. Luis was very helpful and very kind! The breakfast was delicious. We had a chef Oscar come for some meals and those were delicious!! Overall I would definitely recommend!

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Came with 15 friends for my bachelorette and it was the best time of our lives. The concierge was top notch, the service was top notch, and we were blown away. Will absolutely be going back!

Strongly agree with all of the reviews before…this place is nothing short of amazing! Photos do not do the view justice. All 5 staff members were incredible and went above and beyond every day. They truly do not want you to have to lift a finger. Come here if you want zero stress! My husband and I booked this villa for our intimate wedding, we had a party of 14 and held our ceremony and reception on the terrace. Noe and Luis helped us coordinate with vendors (private chef, floral, bakery )transposition, boat excursion and more! They were super responsive and helpful with the entire process. There were thoughtful touches like rose petals on our bed, welcome drinks and snacks made for us by the staff. Just be mindful of quiet hours. We did get a noise complaint around 9:30pm on the wedding night but it was just a warning. We took full advantage of the pool and gym everyday and even walked down to the community pickle ball courts a few times. Cannot recommend this place enough!

As a group of mid 30-40 year old global entertainment industry professionals, our group does not impress easily; we have stayed in the world's finest villas, accompanied celebrities on location, and been hosted at properties that most travelers only see in magazines. When we say Villa Savina is exceptional, that means something. From the moment we arrived, the scale and beauty of the property amazed us, it's truly the best view in Pedregral. The villa itself is stunning: thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and spacious enough that a group our size felt more than comfortable. Most importantly, what makes Villa Savina remarkable is the staff, especially Noe. Warm, anticipatory, and genuinely invested in our experience, they set a standard of service that made our trip better at every turn. Nothing was too much to ask. We cannot wait to return to Villa Savina. If you're on the fence - book it!

The staff at Villa Savina was so attentive to our needs from the moment we booked. They helped us plan our trip and took care of us when we were there from grocery shopping, recommendations, arranging transport, and breakfast. The daily breakfast was delicious and got each day started off right. The house was super clean and the staff did a great job of freshening up every day very discreetly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pedregal.

The experience my group had at the Villa surpassed our expectations! The Villa is stunning and the staff went above and beyond. We were so impressed and had a wonderful experience. Worth every penny! I spent my 40th birthday here with 11 of my friends. When I tell you everything was ok point. The communication was awesome. They pre booked everything for me. Cake, decor, entertainment etc! All you have to do is show up. Thank you guys so much for your hospitality!

This home was the perfect setting for our combined bachelor / bachelorette party, and it truly exceeded expectations. The house is stunning—beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. The views were incredible and never got old, whether it was mornings by the pool or sunsets with the group. The gym was outstanding, easily one of the best-equipped and nicest gyms we’ve seen in a vacation rental, which was a huge bonus for our stay. What really made this experience exceptional was the staff. Luis and Noe were absolutely incredible—extremely responsive, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire trip. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and that our group was always taken care of. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a huge difference and elevated the entire experience. This was truly an unforgettable trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. We'll absolutely be back!

I have never had a vacation experience quite like this one. The staff, alone, will be a reason I come back. Noe, Luis and the team were beyond helpful and amazing and ensured our experience went above and beyond perfection. Anything we needed was taken care of every single day. Not only that, but they simply are GREAT people who helped make our stay the best ever. My group enjoyed their company as much as each others throughout our stay. Aside from the staff, the house was absolute immaculate. Beautiful views, amenities and space. They are so many hidden gems throughout the house, make sure to experience all of them!! I am already looking forward to staying here again - because for me, I absolutely must.

We booked Villa Savina for my 30th Birthday in Cabo and our stay was one of the highlights of the whole trip! The views from the home leave you speechless and provided a spot for our large group to congregate together. The owner and villa staff were incredible to work with, especially Luis and Noe, who were incredibly kind, extremely accommodating, and so helpful to us even before we checked in! They were so easy to work with and made us feel welcome to be there. I have already recommended Villa Savina to many friends and family, and our group has already talked about plans to return in the future!!

I will be forever grateful for John's responsiveness as an owner - we were looking for a last minute rental and John worked with us and with AirBnB to accommodate our group on a few hours' notice. His house team, which has been with him for almost 5 years, runs the place like clockwork: it was always clean and they are well organized and responsive. Any requests we made, they delivered and with a smile. They went out of their way to help us move houses too. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied. The adults loved the gym. Bonus: their cocktail and pizza-making skills are outstanding. Thank you to Luis, Noe and the team for a fantastic experience! We'll be back. NOTE: for those with small children - we were apprehensive at first about the infinity pool on the second level, but the ledge is wide and on an angle, so we felt safe with the kids (ages 1-9) jumping around in the pool. The bonus was the hot tub, which was shallow and made for a great small pool for the kids.
