Jimena's (Staff) attention was impeccable during our stay. She always communicated very well and was willing to help us. The house has an excellent location, the area seemed safe to us, and the house is beautiful, spacious, and has a lot of potential. However, we consider it important to mention that it needs deep cleaning and maintenance improvements. There was a very strong smell of moisture in the A/C equipment, and we found mold in some bathrooms and on the walls of the lower floor. Several of us in our family are sensitive to mites and humidity, so this caused us a lot of congestion and discomfort during the 3 nights. Overall, the staff's attention was excellent, but the house needs major cleaning and maintenance so that the experience lives up to its location and features.

The space has pros and cons but I will say that the good outweighs the bad. pros: It is very spacious, safe location with security, has cool amenities, and best of all you can walk to a beach across the street. cons: very dated and needs some repairs, you pay high tourist price but don't get the equal experience for the price, the young security guard is very rude but he wasn't there most days of my stay, and the pools are too small for the number of units on site. I think if they update the space or lower the price just a little it will be a much better deal but this seems to be the trend with the spaces available in the area.

We ended up checking out early due to several maintenance & cleanliness concerns. The host was responsive & did address issues, but unfortunately they weren’t able to fully resolve them during our stay. There was black mold in the downstairs bathroom, AC unit, and closet which they attempted to clean with clorox. Poor bathroom ventilation led to excessive humidity in the shower & laundry area. We also experienced a clogged kitchen sink and inconsistent hot water in both the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. In terms of overall condition, the home appears quite worn. The downstairs couch was heavily stained, and the shower heads showed rust and buildup. Basic amenities were also lacking at arrival—we were initially provided only one towel per person for a week-long stay, with no kitchen or hand towels, dish soap, or paper towels. These items were requested and delivered the next day, which we appreciated. Overall, the property would benefit from significant maintenance & improved attention

We booked the day of, due to an issue with our other AirBnb and Jorge was very nice and communicated fast, we checked in almost 30 mins within booking. Place was beautiful, clean and fantastic location. 10/10 recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The house is beautiful and in a great location with a beach, restaurants, mini markets, etc., nearby. It was perfect for our group of 5. We would definitely return!

Very well located, you feel at home. 5 rooms, one at the entrance level for older people, and they also have a TV and living space that we did not expect. Accessible because it was possible that I had to cancel a little before our arrival. Everything is great, congratulations!!

Absolutely amazing, the beach is actually a 3 min walk from the airbnb. only thing is that all the hotels surrounding that beach are all inclusive so you can't buy alcohol. Although the hotel Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort & Villas was absolutely friendly and let us buy stuff at the bar (also close walk). The restaurants near the Airbnb are delicious - Nicoletta, Ilios. Great time with our friends and family. However the water of the pool was freezing so only 3 of us enjoyed it.

Jorge was a very responsive host. It was very easy communicating with him. His place was so nice and well maintained. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well. We will definitely book his place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Jorge's villa is very close to the beatiful beach, and there are hotels and restaurants around. Jorge is also helpful and responsive.
