They should let you know that they don't have any service I struggled with the water and when I called the host, he was very arrogant and told me that he doesn't control things. I understand that part, but if the host had warned me that there was no water, I wouldn't have rented it, since you spend money looking for a place to bathe outside the apartment and you waste time, and it's a vacation
