Puerta Vieja Boutique Hotel

Our group stayed at Puerta Vieja Boutique Hotel from July 29–August 2, and had a wonderful experience overall. The restaurant was excellent, the service was consistently warm and attentive, and Esther from housekeeping was especially kind and hardworking throughout our stay. We did have a few air conditioning issues, but they were handled promptly, and we truly appreciated Manuel checking personally as well —it speaks volumes about how much he cares about his guests and the property. While Rooms 1 and 10 were unavailable during our stay, which was a bit disappointing since our group had reserved Rooms 1–11, it didn't take away from the great memories we made. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for helping make our celebration so special!

The space was perfect for our large group and it is a beautiful view! The restaurant being upstairs and Malena’s incredible concierge assistance made our experience even better. So much fun!

Visited with a bachelor party and had a great time! Very well located and great view!

We had a group of 16 guys for a Bachelor Party and this place could not have been a better setup. It's situated sort of like a floor of a hotel to yourself -- with a pool, bar, and awesome restaurant upstairs. Plenty of room for everyone and very clean. Views were excellent as well. Malena was THE BEST host, she helped us with the entire trip, from booking our boat tour, getting groceries, getting pizza delivered (make sure to ask her, the pizza is incredible), and rides to and from everywhere. 10 stars for her and everyone else who took care of us. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!

I stayed at Puerta Vieja with a group of 15 friends for a bachelor party. The place was everything we could have asked for + a lot more. The views described in the photos don't do the place justice. The quality and style of the rooms are top notch. The overall vibe at Puerta Vieja was amazing - friendly staff, plenty of space, great restaurant. Location also is super easy, and you can walk to the beach and Cape Hotel. I would highly recommend. Our host and concierge, Malena, helped make the trip even more amazing. She had a whole plan for us for the weekend organized perfectly. She was able to help out with all the requests my group had and was extremely communicative throughout the process. Our whole group had nothing but great things to say about her and the hotel.

We rented out the entire resort for a special birthday celebration. The facilities, amenities, and staff exceeded our expectations. Malena was the perfect host and provided excellent recommendations for transportation and meals. The on site restaurant served great food and brings it right to the lounge area we stayed in, next to the private pool. This is a great place for a family get together or large party. All the staff were gracious and helpful. You won’t regret booking this large party venue!

I could not have imagined a more incredible weekend for my bachelorette!We had a group of 20 and everyone had enough space, the attached restaurant was great for breakfast, the pool and views were amazing. What makes this place unique and above & beyond my expectations was how responsive and helpful Malena and her team were! She organized drivers, a boat trip, and answered all of my many questions so quickly. I would recommend this place for anyone planning a group trip to Cabo!

Overall, our stay at Puerta Vieja was great! Our family of 21 had the whole 2nd floor, including 11 guest rooms, a private bar area and pool, to ourselves. Food was great and was served either on our private floor or at the restaurant upstairs, depending on where we wanted to eat. The view of the ocean and Cabo arch was stunning. A swimming cove at Cabo Bella was walkable (about 1/2 mile) but downhill, so the walk back was harder for those with mobility challenges. The location of the hotel is on a main highway, which was fine for us, because the street noise drowned out our noise, but aside from the beach, the area isn’t really walkable. All of the guest rooms and common area were comfortable, well maintained and as advertised. The only thing that wasn’t as pictured was the seating around the pool. The two covered sun beds and 4 additional wooden chaise lounges pictured were not there. There were only two lounge chairs on the sun deck for our whole party, which was disappointing.

We went for a bachelors trip and had an amazing time. The staff and host were very attentive. The views from the hotel and rooms were absolutely stunning. Really close to downtown and since you are on the main road it’s only about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The hotel and security made it feel safe as well. Overall would definitely stay again and would recommend for large parties.

Our stay in Cabo San Lucas was nothing short of amazing! The view of the Arch was breathtakingly beautiful and made every moment feel like a postcard. Each villa was uniquely designed, giving us both comfort and a sense of luxury. The concierge team, Malena and Ana, went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, from seamless transportation to thoughtful touches throughout our stay. I cannot thank the restaurant manager, Pablo, and staff enough for the delicious meals they prepared for our group — every dish was memorable and made with such care. The only downside was that the cabana we were looking forward to relaxing in was not available, which was a bit disappointing. However, the overall experience more than made up for it. This trip was truly unforgettable, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Cabo!

An excellent place to enjoy with large families like us, there were 30 of us in total!!! Malena is a great host and in general the people who work there. The restaurant is good and has a spectacular view.

Had an amazing stay at the Puerta Vieja boutique Hotel. There was 18 of us and we all fit perfectly. We had all the rooms to ourselves as well as the outdoor area pool and bar. The restaurant being upstairs made it very easy to get breakfast in the morning and drinks definitely going to be coming back here!
