Henry read and signed off on the house and community rules, but chose to break them. Henry got caught and was contacted by Airbnb regarding the violation. We were given the option of evicting Henry, but chose to let him stay. Despite that, he has written a retaliatory review. For future inquiries, please disregard Henry's review and consider all the past reviews, which are overwhelmingly positive.

We are so happy you enjoyed the house and concierge service and would like to return! To address a few of your comments in your review. The construction across and down the street is mentioned in our listing under the House Rules/Things to Note section. Please note, by our reviews, this is the first and only mention of this from a guest. We take your concerns very seriously and reviewed security camera footage from the camera on the street (mentioned in our listing). This camera captures the entirety of the street and the job site. We reviewed the footage for the entire duration of your stay and did not witness any workers looking in the direction of the home during their shift on any of the days. Friday as your arrival crossed over with their end-of-day, nor on Saturday on their limited work hours, and there is no construction work on Sundays. The pool is on the second story above the construction and the street, and it's not possible for people to see up and into the pool area. However, we did receive some feedback that could coincide with your comments about the pool and unwanted attention. The neighbors and security informed us about the behavior on the patio deck/pool area. Our direct neighbors say the loud noise level drew their attention to you, as with others. Could this have been the source of the unwanted attention? We received three separate citations from your stay for breaking the rules due to your loud music and yelling after quiet hours. You partied outside until 12:45 AM. All of this noise exceeded the community's generous limit of 80 decibels. Your loudest was rated at 97. You did agree to and sign the rules agreement, which clearly states that these are violations and any fines received from violations will be the renter's responsibility. After reviewing the street camera footage, every taxi arrival coincided directly with what you had on your itinerary. Unfortunately, we could not identify a late or taxi not showing. Cleaning promises and frequency have been reviewed and talked about with the property manager to make sure they understand in the future. You also mentioned that the water fountains at the house needed to be fixed, which took away from your experience. To be clear, there are no fountains on the property, nor any stated in the listing. There is, however, a waterfall function with the infinity pool in good working order that is turned on by using the button on the spa that says 'waterfall.' This is explained in our house manual, which has multiple copies. We take all reviews very seriously. We have learned from your experience and will adjust expectations with our future guests and property management.
