Franck

Franck and Flo's house was ideal for our family group (six adults and 5 kids). Very spacious and the bedrooms worked out great for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and a couple of dinners. The pool and slide were a real hit with the kids. It is very private and quiet location. The beach is just a short walk (flat) away. The town center and restaurants are also walkable. Franck and Flo were always responsive in a short time. They arranged a fishing / snorkeling charter for us. Franck even accompanied us to the beach to ensure we easily met the boat captain. We would definitely recommend this house for a large group of guests.

The house is very comfortable for large groups, the pool is big enough to enjoy and relax. there are a lot of trees in the surroundings and property , so you can see a lot of birds as well. Frank and Flo are really attentive and I would recommend this house anytime.

We loved staying at Franck’s place. It is in a beautiful quiet location and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed sunset hour at the nearby beach club. It was a comfortable stay for a large family. Easy to navigate area if you don’t speak Spanish. We hope to stay again!

We had a wonderful time here! We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from cooking in the great kitchen and using the bbq to swimming in the beautiful pool and walking to the local beach and grocery store/restaurants ! Franck was a wonderful host responding to our questions and needs immediately.

The house was amazing and every thing we were looking for in a home for our family of 10 Costa Rica vacation! It had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! The front yard, pool, and the mango trees was an added bonus! My kids enjoyed fresh mangos on a daily! The wild life yes monkeys was awesome to see right in the back yard! We felt safe, and enjoyed the house! It was within walking distance to the beach, some great restaurants, and coffee shops! Then a short drive to other amenities. Franck was a great host and made us feel very welcome right when we arrived to the day we left! We would definitely stay her again! Pura Vida!

amazing! the house is so great and the pool! short walk into town or to beach. host met us on arrival and departure, he was very responsive, he even warned us when gardener would be by and came when electricity went out to be there for electrician since we were headed out to explore. only note is the top room gets really hot during the day

Beautiful place. It's the 2nd time I've been to the residence, and I'll be back. Quiet and safe stay. Clean and safe house.

Franck and Flo were wonderful hosts. The place is large and slept our party of 12 comfortably. The pool area and yard are all well maintained and we got a lot of use of the pool and gazebo. Short walk to the beach or town made it a perfect spot to use as home base. Very private at the end of a quiet street. Loved it all!

Excellent place

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9. We brought our children and their families, including 3 small children. The pool and slide were the highlight of the home! We were in it every day and were grateful for it in the 100 degree heat! The house had plenty of space for all of us. It could use a bit of updating and repairs, but overall serves its purpose. Frank greeted us and showed us around and was around a few times throughout the week. He is responsive and very helpful with everything. We had a wonderful dinner at Mar Azul right down the road and beautiful sunset drinks at Pacifico beach club. We also enjoyed the Sunday farmers market at puerta del sol hotel. We discovered Monkey 🐵 Head Brewing Company here which is delicious!

This house had more than enough space for two families, six kids and four adults. Very clean, plenty of towels, and anything you would need in the kitchen. Frank and Flo met us at check in to show us around and answer all our questions. The balcony space was so relaxing every morning. The pool space is so beautiful. Warm and big, the kids and adults loved it. We felt very safe on the beach and in town. Easy five minute walk to the beach, about a mile walk into town center. You can walk on the beach, a sand/dirt path next to the beach or the road. About a ten minute walk to the closest restaurants. Lots of food options. Frank and Flo were so responsive and helpful. Frank even offered to mail postcards for us.
