Lovely home in a great location! It was super comfortable with plenty of cozy spots to sit back and relax. While the Nicaraguan weather can get warm, opening the windows brought in a great breeze that kept the rooms very comfortable.

It's a super central house, a few steps away there are restaurants for breakfast. Very safe. The house was super clean, we really loved it. A plus would be to put a heater. But everything else was excellent. Eli was always attentive.

Very clean, spacious and centrally located! The private parking made things easy for us with kids. Although it was tough bringing the car in and out of the house, so I wouldn’t want to do that regularly. But it didn’t matter because we could walk to everything we needed for our one-night stay. Only thing that we didn’t catch when making the booking was the open-air patio inside the house. It did rain when we were there, so the floor became slippery. And the open-air setup made for a fairly noisy evening, as you can hear everything from the street. At least the fans in the bedrooms drowned out the majority of the noise. Overall, would highly recommend! We’d consider staying here again for future visits.

Right behind the street, the area is perfect because there are plenty of places to visit, it is centrally located, it has everything we need on a trip, quite spacious, clean and comfortable

Everything was great, the place is downtown, the house is quite spacious and clean, close to restaurants and other facilities. Very nice place, we would definitely recommend it.

The place is beautiful, it has what you need and it has parking, which is very valuable in this area, however it has a "light patio with a "water mirror" that is empty and is in the middle of the hallway of the rooms, when it rains the water splashes too much, the whole floor gets wet and it is dangerous to walk. It is in a very noisy area, making it difficult to rest
