Spectacular place

Super place and super apartment I loved it, I'll definitely be back

We loved our stay. The place is even nicer than what you see in the photos: everything was very clean, organized and very tastefully decorated. It feels like a very quiet and cozy atmosphere. In addition, Luis's service was excellent and he was always attentive to anything we needed. It was definitely a wonderful experience and we hope to return in the future. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect! it's a great place to stay in at Plata del Carmen. Luis was extremely helpful with everything, check-in, the a/c didn't work one day and he directly responded and sent us somebody who could help us

Very nice apartment, excellent apartment complex, huge pool, very good food, very nice beach!! The customer support manager, Luiz Ruiz, was very kind, attentive, and friendly, always willing to help if we needed anything!!

The apartment is essentially two inter-connected two bedroom condos. Two kitchens, two living areas, two patios. Highly recommend chef Hilda as recommended by our host Sofia for the stay. Pools are very nice. They cleaned Sargassum daily at the beach but some days it was just too much. Only downside to the condo was that the showers are luke warm and weak pressure.

Lovely apartment with great amenities and beach access! Private and calm but still easy to access centro by taxi.

The apartments are exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very clean and well cared for. Very good host and excellent manager. We hired cleaning for 2 days and it was also excellent. The only thing we didn't love was that in the Mareazul complex, apartment owners are given priority to reserve lounge chairs in pools and on the beach, so it's a bit complicated to get spaces. What we did was wake up very early to go and save them. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and recommend it :)

Such a lovely space - right no the beach with pools and in a safe area. Our family of 13 fit well in the space and we had an absolutely lovely time. The only potential improvement is that they didn't provide dish soap or much toilet paper so we had to source these ourselves.

Highly recommended, it's beautiful, but you should bring repellent, because there are a lot of mosquitoes on the way to the pools

It was a beautiful and pleasant stay, the place is beautiful, I feel that the photos don't do it justice! They waited for us upon our arrival and were always attentive, we will definitely come back!

Very nice place, the apartments are very clean, nice and spacious. We were 9 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 babies and each family had their own room. Very cozy. The complex's facilities are very clean, the pool is beautiful and impeccable. And the restaurant in the pool area is very, very good! The person in charge of the apartment is very friendly and attentive. I answer questions immediately. Always in touch. Overall, we had an amazing time. I would recommend it and come back😄.
