The place is beautiful around it, lots of nature. The pool has no filter or water circulation. They use very strong chlorine to keep it clean. However, for 14 people, it is not clean after more than 3 days under those conditions. It's spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and pots. They provide cloths for the house, but not for the pool. It's good to know so you can be prepared. The house has many fans and large windows. But during the days we were there, the heat was very intense. There is no roofed area outside near the pool, and being inside during peak hours is like being in an oven.

It's our fourth visit and we always enjoy it quite a bit. Beautiful, paradise-like beach. Natural landscapes like something out of a magazine. View of monkeys, iguanas, sea lions, among others. And what can I say? The house has all the amenities, even a pool, and it's in front of the beach. The hosts and the staff in charge were always very friendly.

Overall good, but we had to wait to be able to enter because the house was not ready, and when we left there was no one to collect the keys. They ask for a lot of information for their security, but the place is not very safe. It doesn't have gates.

Everything was amazing. The place has a fantastic location facing the beach and near restaurants. It was a wonderful experience overall. Great communication with the host. As the only recommendations, I would add a chlorine tablet to the pool or improve the flow, since it gets dirty very easily and is difficult to clean, and an air conditioner would make it a 20 out of 10. Highly recommended for groups of 10 to 14 people.

So much can be said about this house. It was definitely not what we were expecting. It does not have ac which the description does say that but other views said it stays cool with the fans and circulation but that was not the case for us. it was EXTREMELY hot. secondly the bedrooms are upstairs. 2 have windows and 2 have shutters with just screens over them. we seen lots of bugs and lizards in the house and the shelves and floors were very dirty. the fridge also did not get cold. for check in the host had the neighbor come bring us keys and asked to take a picture of my passport. I was trying to use translater but he had no interest explaining anything. our driver we had helped us more than he did. the location is the best part of the house. we did check out after the first day.

Massive windows made us feel like we were outside, so close to the beach. Everything felt clean and comfortable. The house seems well-loved. The fans were great, but during the heat of the day, 11 AM - 3 PM, it was pretty intense. But we slept comfortably. We did go swimming in the ocean, but it was pretty rough with lots of rip currents both times. The pool was nice, though warm. We had a 1 year old and my 84 year old mother, so the lack of AC was a little much, but even with that, we really liked the place!

It's a very comfortable house, you can enjoy the beach and the private pool.
