The house is very cozy and very well equipped, just as shown in the photos; all the spaces are clean, and the person in charge is very attentive and helpful.

House, very good, located, with direct access to the beach which is beautiful, well maintained outdoor space. Too bad the place lacks cleanliness and equipment for the number of people it's rented to. I recommend this listing for a short family stay.

First of all, I would like to say that the house is very nice and comfortable, as seen in the photos, but there are too many details that make it not worth the price paid for the experience. To start, on our arrival we noticed a bad smell on the second floor, the sheets were dirty or incomplete, the extractor in one of the bathrooms was broken, the towel in one of the rooms was spotted and dirty, there were not enough towels for the guests. Finally, we saw a mouse running inside the house. Everything was communicated to the owner and her response was that Leo the caretaker was going to resolve. Leo was helpful, and our stay overall was uncomfortable. To end our bad luck, my son cut a toe inside the pool as there are parts without tile. Overall it wasn't worth this place, we won't come back.

Quiet and relaxing! Excellent place to live with family and friends. The whole place is super clean, my family and I really enjoyed the kitchen making us feel at home. Definitely a recommended place to rest.

Amazing Vacation Getaway! We had an incredible stay at this vacation house! The location is perfect—right on the beach, which made it so convenient for us to enjoy the sand and surf. The pool was absolutely amazing, providing a fun and relaxing spot for the whole family. It’s also super family-friendly with plenty of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy. What truly made our stay special, though, was the wonderful person looking after the house. They were so accommodating, helpful, and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Their attention to detail made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

This is my second time staying here. The host was very responsive and hospitable. The house is well kept, and just a few steps away from the beach. The groundskeeper Leo was very kind and attentive. Lovely place.

Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered a tropical storm, with thunderstorms, constant rain, and no sun or safe access to the beach and ocean. This beautiful and spacious home has room for large families or groups. There is a great Gazebo to enjoy the view and the breeze. The pool is very clean and well-located, with a relaxing waterfall.

Casa Playa Maidel is beautiful just as the photos describe. The pool was a family fav but the beach was also amazing water was a little rough but its private so not too many people. The house itself is very spacious! The caretaker of the property Leo was incredible very helpful and was able to set up some bonfires for us at night which everyone loved. Christine was very quick with responding with any questions I had which I greatly appreciated. just note that not much is around so bring your necessities/food etc and bring towels! there weren't many available for our group but other than that everything was great and would highly recommend!

Christine’s beach house is extremely stunning beautiful, super clean and neat, What I liked the most and what was comfortable is that the entire house has AC the view is outstanding!!! Don Leo is extremely helpful I would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful beach house!!!
