Everything is excellent. I love that all the rooms have their own bathroom. Everything is very neat and fully equipped.

Hello! All four rooms were fine, clean, and tidy; however, on the first day we arrived, we had problems with the water. Some of the pools looked dirty, especially the one by the palm trees. In the kitchen, there are a lot of ants, and there is no space to put away the food you bring. The refrigerators don't cool properly, and the rice cooker's “lever” goes up before the rice is done. There aren't enough electrical outlets in the kitchen, and all the appliances are plugged into a power strip, which keeps tripping. The description of the house does not indicate how it is laid out.

We rented this place for 5-6 weeks. It was the perfect place for us to use as a base to explore Costa Rica. The price was fabulous. It felt very safe. Rooms clean. Good beds .Indoor outdoor living was enjoyable once you get the hang of it. We came for experience and adventure. As the pictures show the kitchen is enclosed by sliding doors. And there is no living room We brought our hammocks and hung them on the porch. It was wonderful! You are in nature. The pool is right there. The howler monkeys and other animal are there..There are many beaches in the area close by. In 7-30 minutes You can find whatever you want from more private to tourist type areas with lots of shops and restaurants We did a couple of day passes at resorts on the beach. We were able to have guests come stay too since there are 4 bedrooms. Juan was the best host . We are older and apprehensive. He was so responsive. He even helped us find a good place to repair our bumper! We will go back !

When renting the whole place it says you have 14 beds. You should not have to pay extra for each guest that uses the bed.

The place is very nice and private, comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a bathroom each, a very well-equipped kitchen, close to the beaches and shops. ⚠️ If you go with dogs, be careful with the toads, mainly at night⚠️ The place I recommend it 100%

the house is located in the middle of the forest, where we were able to meet monkeys and iguanas. The place was noisy (barking, work, air conditioning, water pump) Although not very large, the pools are pleasant. The bathrooms are narrow The kitchen is well equipped with appliances but lacks space for cooking. We had a nice stay, the hosts were responsive when we needed anything.

The home is exactly as described! The property is beautiful, very private, and has a lot to space! This would be a perfect place for a group of people.
