Home was lovey and very secure! It was located in a safe neighborhood and seemed pretty private. The owners do live on the property it seems but it’s sectioned off great so it didn’t really matter to us. They were very responsive and helpful. The view was spectacular except we went during rainy season so it was pretty cloudy our entire stay unfortunately. But it did provide us a nice white noise with the rain haha. The bed was super comfy. The only negative thing I’d say is the showers aren’t hot, I’m assuming since it’s a shared space the hot water goes fast, but it was tolerable. Overall a beautiful spot, located close to town and plenty of restaurants! Would definitely want to come back!

Very nice place with everything you need to rest and relax with family and, in our case, with friends. Very well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and armchairs, and a very good view of the volcano.

The thing that not enough reviews mentioned was that there is a family that lives on the property above the garage space. When they opened the garage at 2am they woke up my whole family. Also I would recommend they supply some plastic cups for the pool deck as the rules say no glass but there are only glass cups available. The place had nice views and was well maintained.

We arrived early, host let us put our luggage in the house until it was ready for us to check in. This helped so we didn't need to worry about leaving our luggage while we explored the area. The house could us some better cooking equipment and maybe some hot pad. The pool area was what we really enjoyed, it was a great area to spend time together. Location was away from all the congestion of the resort area but still close to town. Would stay here again, pricing was good.

We absolutely loved this place! The view is impeccable. There is a couple of restaurants in less than a 5 minute walk. The place was really quiet and secure. The pool was fun for the kids. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wonderful views and beautiful pool. Host was super helpful when an Airbnb was super loud (not their property). They actually contacted the manager to request they keep it down. Above and beyond!!! Do note it is a location you can’t flush toilet paper. Something that is common in the area but might be harder if you have younger kids

This place was great however something happened with the booking. It’s said 3 guest instead of 6 totally my fault. However this host charges you per guest he requested an extra $405. He chargers $45 per guest per day. This was extremely pricy there are much more affordable accommodations in the area. So for the price I do not recommend this rental. Overall the place was clean and great location.

This was a great location and exactly what we were looking for with our 3 girls. Wilberth was extremely responsive and helpful. The master isn’t a king size as per the description but we were okay with it. The place, although small, was cozy and clean and the outside area was more than we expected!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb. Host was helpful when help was needed, and I really enjoyed the pool. Several locks around the house that made entry and exit a little difficult, but it was worth it for the security.

We recently stayed as a group of 4 for 3 nights. Map link we were provided took us straight to the front gates. Location is fantastic being a short drive to the Main Street in La Fortuna and nearby supermarkets and shops. The house itself was great value for money with the highlight being the outdoor pool area and the magnificent 2nd floor terrace with amazing views of the volcano. I could have stayed there all day! Living accommodation is basic however more than adequate given the fact that we were mainly living outdoors. Wilberth very responsive to the couple of minor issues we had.
