Great host,convenient location, easy check-in, and the place was spotless and exactly as pictured. Would happily stay again.

Mike was an excellent host: helpful, cordial, and quick to provide information I needed before and during the stay. The condo itself was exactly as described, spacious and beautiful. Everything I needed was already there, including a well equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, plus soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom, so there was nothing I had to run out and buy. Easy, comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Nice spot in town.. Probably need some sort of transportation to get to beaches ie. bike, golf cart or your own car. Mike lives in unit above the brewery next door and is very accomodating for anything you need and is a very likeable person. Family of 4 fit. We would stay again.

Mike's place is very nice and clean, also in a very good location inside iguana, near a few restaurants and a bar, but it's still quiet and calm. mike is a very nice person, always available and helpfu, always with a smile, i will definitely come back.

It was a wonderful stay with my wife and daughter. The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. Even though it’s close to many businesses, you can’t hear a thing once you’re inside. Mike was always attentive. I hope to return soon.

Booked this place for my dad, Mike was very responsive and my dad had a great time. The place is located a walking distance for most of the restaurants and next door to a brewery. It was awesome

Great stay! The place is close to everything & the host was super helpful and responsive.

The accommodation was very clean and very well located, just a 10-minute walk from Playa Colorado, 3 minutes by bike (which we were able to rent directly from Mike), and close to many restaurants. Mike was very responsive and kind, and he gave us excellent advice. We’ll be back!

Mike's place was super convenient, clean and exactly what we needed. Close to the beach with the brewery right outside. I was worried it would be loud but it never was and the brewery staff were great! Will definitely stay again.

The place was comfortable and cozy for 3 people. It is described just like the photos, there are places nearby to eat, a bar, a good cafe. The beach is 5 minutes in car. Mike was attentive, friendly.

I recently stayed at Mike’s place within the Iguana property and had a great experience. The location is excellent, situated right next to the entrance gate. Mike was super helpful and always available to assist. Although the description doesn’t specify, the bed is a queen size, which is slightly larger than it appears in the photos (a double bed) a pleasant surprise! The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. Since we had visited before, we were aware of this detail. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise due to the proximity to a brewery and restaurants, but it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ll definitely plan to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's cozy and clean apartment, just as described. Mike was an exceptional host, incredibly helpful and friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend staying here!
