We loved our short stay at Paul's apartment. Two families, four adults and four 7 - 9 year old kids fitted OK, and loved the beach, lagoon and main swimming pool. We went midweek, August (low season) which meant the beaches and pool was nice and quiet but also that the beach sports weren't open and there was only one restaurant. Paul was exceptionally responsive. The unit was pristine and new which is lovely, but a bit nerve wracking for us with kids. AC was super cold when we arrived (maybe some like it like that) but easy to adjust to a more comfortable 25 degrees, adjustable in all bedrooms. The bunk room does not have a window. For EV drivers, ask ahead about the EverGo charger as it was "offline" during our stay.

The place is just like the pictures, all the amenities, comfortable space and all you need to have a great time. Paul was on top of things, clarity with explanations and constantly in touch. We will definitely come back.

Paul's apartment is highly recommended. Very clean, tidy and with all the amenities to spend a few days relaxing. Clean, nicely smelling sheets and towels, and very comfortable beds. The best part is that you leave the Tower and you have the beach in front of you! I would definitely come back. Thank you, Paul!

Paul's apartment was amazing. We stayed as a family, watched movies, and went to the beach. Everything is like the Photos, new apartment, comfortable beds. And Paul's service was amazing. He was always attentive.

Paul's apartment is beautiful! The decor delights me. It was super clean and everything is very new, in perfect condition. The apartment doesn't have a sea view, and I already knew that, but when I got there and saw the beauty of the mountain view, I was pleasantly surprised. It's beautiful to be able to relax and look at the green mountains 🌱🌿

I stayed at Paul’s place in Playa Escondido, María Chiquita, with my three boys, ages 5 to 13, and we had an incredible experience. It is rare to find an Airbnb that looks even better than the pictures, but this beautiful home truly did. Paul was a gracious and responsive host. We had a minor issue at check-in that he resolved immediately. Our luggage was also lost, and he went above and beyond to help us find somewhere to buy clothes and essentials. The resort staff were amazing, the three restaurants gave us plenty of options, and the cocktails were great. Most importantly, Paul made my boys and me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. I cannot say enough good things about the home, resort, staff, and host. If I could give our stay 100 out of 10, I would. Thank you, Paul, for making our family vacation so special!

Everything was great. The apartment was nice and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We needed assistance at some point, and Paul responded quickly and resolved what was needed. He was a very friendly host and willing to help with whatever was needed. 100% recommended. We'll be back anyway.

Although there were last minute changes to check in, host was accommodating with reservation and the place met our needs for the stay. Beautiful place and pristine clean!
