Hector was an outstanding host. The Airbnb was exactly as described and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight was the incredible balcony with a breathtaking view of the Arch of Cabo—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Hector was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cabo and would definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a month. It felt like home. Nicely decorated and everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were a reminder every day of the beauty of the area. The pool was a perfect place to spend quiet time reading and a nice dip to refresh. Hector was always quick to respond to any questions. As recommended, we rented a car, it was necessary for this long of a trip. I think uber would work for shorter visits. We definitely recommend staying here if you want the peace of being out of the city. Along with the gorgeous views and close proximity to town, it’s the best of both worlds!

We loved our stay in Cabo! Affordable for the quality of place and we loved having our own little rooftop pool to avoid the busy beach. Hector was great to communicate with!

Best Airbnb we have found in Cabo! It had everything including water and coffee! Incredible views! Amazing design and comfy beds! This place is a definite must!!!! We will be back again.

We loved everything! The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. The kindness of Hector and Erin. The location and view from the terrace for a drink. Costco, grocery store nearby. A car is necessary to discover the beautiful beaches around. Thanks for everything. We'll definitely be back ☺️☀️

We loved the home, the well stocked kitchen and the view of Cabo with the arch, cruise ships, and beautiful sunrise. Expect to use transportation as it is a little ways from amenities. The rooftop deck is very nice and we found the pool quite cool. The home is excellent for the price and great value. It is easy to get into and Hector was a good communicator. We would recommend this place and stay again.

We felt very comfortable in the great furnished apartment (apartment in the middle 302). The view was great from the balcony and the rooftop terrace with pool. From the balcony we could watch the cruise ships every morning. The apartment can currently still be reached via sandy unpaved roads as this is a new development area. Description of the apartment including the pictures is fully accurate. Thanks Hector for the nice communication, we will be happy to come back

Very comfortable apartment, spacious and with all the amenities. Location away from downtown 10-15 minutes by car, and in an upper area of the Tezal neighborhood on a street 800 meters from the tourist corridor. The building is new, and we noticed that the ventilation of the bathrooms has some problem since at times there are smells of pipes. That problem is outside the host's responsibility, but it's worth mentioning. Just that detail, but maybe improving that aspect would be very helpful to improve the rating.

Great condo on the third floor walkup, there’s a pool and BBQ on the top deck, great view from balcony or the top deck, easy to get around with Uber, area felt very safe.

We had an amazing stay in Cabo — this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The place was exactly as described, spotless, comfortable, and in a great location for getting around and enjoying everything Cabo has to offer. Hector was an outstanding host, extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He was always quick to respond.
