A good option to rest in Puntarenas. Fer was available to store our luggage until Check-In time. If you use public transportation, it's very helpful that the accommodation is right in front of the bus stop. It would really help a lot if they were much more strict with cleaning.

They weren't careful in the park or someone drove by with something on the side of the car and scratched the paint. The place is fine for spending one night, and if you are a student, it is very well located.

The place only had one parking space in the property, and then walking distance parking. And then the area is just full of litter and crushed tile everywhere. But my Biggest issue was the WiFi didn't work at all.

Mr. Luciano has a phone that doesn't work. He didn't have any apps, so he couldn't communicate, but that's not our problem. We have 3 Internet networks with great coverage all the way to the beach. Many guests work remotely inside or outside the cabins, without any problem. He was upset about everything. The second parking space is spacious, comfortable and safe. The price is quite reasonable for all the comforts we provide. I don't know where there are broken tiles because we are remodeling the lights and exterior walls, but we are not doing any construction with tiles. I don't know where you saw that. I'm sorry for your frustration with your cell phone. I hope you get it fixed so you can travel with peace of mind. And that you can communicate well. Good night!!

Good place, on the seashore. You can hear the waves. Clean room. It's far from downtown, but there are buses and Uber. I recommend it 👍

The service was very good and the friendliness was unbeatable. It's remarkable that they work on the continuous improvement of the place and keep the beach clean The only thing was that the room smelled musty, but there was a scented candle.
