Our stay was excellent. Julieta was an exceptional host. She welcomed us very warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to help us. We had a problem with an air conditioner and they fixed it right away. The daily housekeeping service was a great plus; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is close to the beach and great restaurants. We liked it so much that we decided to stay one more night. We would definitely come back.

We stayed for one month (July, not very rainy at all!) at Peace Villa with our three children under the age of 8. The villa was perfect for our needs- they played in the pool every single day, it is walking distance to the beach (as in actual walking distance with 3 little kids), and is conveniently located next to shops, an organic market, and several restaurants and cafes. Naturally, over the course of a month, some house maintenance needs came up and they were quick to respond and rectify any issues. There is pool cleaning and housekeeping six days a week which is incredibly helpful and nice to have, especially with kids. We would undoubtedly rent this house again!

I can't express how grateful my family and I are for the treatment, the service, the kindness, the courtesy. We hadn't even arrived at the house and Josefina and her team already had a little gift for us there. I was won over by the pictures of the house. Everything is exactly as shown. It is white, clean, comfortable, and has absolutely everything you need for a family stay. There were 8 of us, and we slept very comfortably. But more like this, reading the reviews she has, I can be one of those who think that she's a super host. The cleaning ladies and the security guard were super friendly and respectful. The location of the house is perfect. You are in the center, but the noise from cars and other sources does not reach the house. I could go on saying a thousand good things about this place. We hope to be able to come back another time. Thank you very much. 🙏🏻❤️

Been to Santa Teresa maybe 10 times. This villa is in the ideal location. And you have access to the regular cleaning crew like a hotel. The place was perfect.

We came back delighted with the trip and we already look forward to returning. The house is spectacular, extremely comfortable, and centrally located. We were able to get around on foot without taking out the car. Daily cleaning is a plus and helps keep things tidy, especially if you're traveling with children. My children enjoyed the pool and the comforts of the house to the fullest. Josefina welcomed us with a spectacular basket, with fruit and wine, which undoubtedly added to the experience. Thanks to Josefina for taking care of us and explaining everything. I recommend this house 100%. We are already planning when to return

Great villa in the heart of Playa Carmen. We enjoyed our stay as a family a lot. The pool is great and the terrace is very big. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very friendly host and our rooms were cleaned every day. We just loved it there and will come back :)

Everything was very good, the only thing is that the house was smaller than what you see in the photos, but very nice and very comfortable.

Amazing place!!!! We spent a month here and the house was perfect. Josefina, the concierge, could not have been more helpful and proactive. She was absolutely essential and made the whole experience wonderful. The location of the house could not have been better. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.
