Ana

We loved it! And Ana was also a great host.

The location was beautiful and Ana was a great host. When we had AC issues at our original booking Ana immediately took action and upgraded us to another unit that stayed cool throughout our stay. We only had about a minute of hot water when trying to bathe but that seems to be a resort wide issue as numerous other people were complaining about this. There are many amenities at the resort and the restaurant had great food. The store is only open maybe 6-7 hours per day which is a bit of a bummer. I would recommend wearing long sleeves at the outdoor restaurant as the bugs are always biting. All in all I would recommend staying here. Bring snorkel gear because there is excellent reef right outside your door with numerous sea creatures!

This apartment is conveniently located right across from the “Cayuco Restaurant,” which is where the swimming pool and pool bar are located, next to the pristine beach. The lobby entrance of the building is gorgeous and welcoming. 🌷 Our family ordered food at “Cayuco Restaurant” but the service was extremely slow and the menu was not as good as the “Ocho Nudos Restaurant.” 😬 The apartment was just the right size for 4 adults, with one full bathroom with a shower. We loved the quality of the pots and pans, knife set, plates, cups, glassware, baking ware, appliances and kitchen items. 🎉 We would have LOVED it if there were additional amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, extra key set available for our group of four (4), beach towels (we had to use regular bathroom towels), a deck of cards or board games, better sleeping pillows, shower gel, cooking oil and the bbq grill (the three last items were listed in the ad). 🪄 Overall, good place ☀️🌊⛱️
