This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

We had a great stay in Leticias apartment. The communications was excellent from the start, and this is important and very much appreciated. The apartment is in a great location, and the beach access is fantastic. The beach is wide and deep so it doesn’t feel overcrowded! Very picturesque. Sea was warm but be mindful- the currents are strong. We did not use the swimming pools. The living space worked for us. It was very spacious, but in fairness we were a family of 5. The apartment can sleep 14 tho. It’s basic and slightly tired (in need of a paint) but this was no big deal for us. Beds comfortable/ clean and plenty of towels. Hot water was good. By far the best feature was the balcony. The balcony was spacious and hot tub was a really great feature to have. If you like chilling / relaxing / socialising in a big bath - it’s terrific. We played are own music ( not loud, no problem). This was a lovely first stop for us, thank you.

A beautiful condo with three rooms and three bathrooms. Ocean view terrace with private hot tub and lots of space. Loved watching the sunrise here! Perfect for our two kids, elderly parents, and brother in law. Had a few issues (out of their control) but the situation was handled to our satisfaction. We liked the taco spot (closest to the condo) right across the street in the mall right by the entrance. Farmacia (just to the right of the mall, right by the street) is the closest spot to buy your large containers of water, drinks, and other items. We also walked to the grocery store about .6miles south for food items in the same mall with the Brazilian steakhouse (that we also enjoyed). Helpful hosts were always responsive.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo in Cancun! The space was spacious, modern, and spotless, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Each bedroom was cozy, with comfortable beds and ample storage, making it perfect for our family. The location was ideal—just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet enough for relaxing evenings. We especially loved the balcony with its stunning ocean view, where we could enjoy our morning coffee or watch the sunset. The host was attentive and responsive, offering great tips for local activities and dining spots. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Cancun. We’re already planning our next visit!

The location is fantastic! We loved being close to the mall across the street, with plenty of dining options and convenient transportation. Our group of 13 fit comfortably in the space. However, sharing a single key was a challenge, as not everyone was at the home simultaneously. Additionally, it’s worth noting that you can’t purchase food, drinks, or snacks from the hotel without an all-inclusive pass—it's an all-or-nothing policy. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay again.

Had my Bach party here and had an amazing time! We were close to a bus stop that allowed us to easily travel up and down the hotel zone. The rooftop jacuzzi amenity was a big win since we could relax and unwind in it late at night. The view was beautiful and being right at the beach only made the experience better. Would recommend this place!

Beautiful condo that oversees the ocean that accommodated all 5 of us girls comfortably. Great, safe location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Our host was very responsive to our needs.

This was my first time traveling to Mexico, and I was planning my friends Bachelorette - Leticia was SO helpful with all questions we had. The condo was awesome (the view from the balcony was amazing), the grounds were amazing, 2 outdoor malls right across the street with shopping & food, across the street from the lagoon, and felt super safe the whole time!

What a treat! We enjoyed this location so very much. Our family included a toddler so the easy access to ... well, everything ... was such a bonus! Seeing the Mayan structures was a highlight, as was the INCREDIBLE water and views when taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres. A never-to-be-forgotten experience. And coming back to the condo each night was perfect. This vacation was one of the best we've ever had! Many, many thanks! Jacqueline

I came here for my bachelorette and it was perfect. There were 8 of us so only two had to share a large bed. We felt safe and taken care of the whole time. Not to mention, how BEAUTIFUL the view is.

Excellent place to stay, spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The apartment has living room, kitchen, terrace and real estate in the same one where you can relax looking at the sea. Leticia and Silvia's instructions were very clear and precise. They are excellent hosts. I highly recommend this place in Cancun.

Super friendly and attentive hosts at all times I loved staying at this place, I didn't want to return to my home I really liked that the kitchen was super equipped, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and that to get around it was super easy and quick with the buses that pass to the pure front of the Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone going to Cancun.

We had a group of ten people, this condo was perfect for us! When we arrived, they gave us a little Welcome drink :) We caught the bus right out front! It’s across the street from some food, a mall, and a casino. It’s a super short walk to the beach and some pretty cool ruins!

We stayed at Leticia' place with my parents (8 in total) and had the best experience. The apartment is located just across street from a shopping center, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. There is a private rooftop little pool right outside the main area that is perfect for cooling off after a long day of exploring and/or beach !! The place comes with the basics in the kitchen, so you’ll have everything you need if you want to cook during your stay. We loved the views and how spacious and clean the place was. The WiFi is good, so I was able to do my Zoom calls without any issues. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom and plenty of privacy. We especially loved Leticia's quick response, as she was able to advise us on things to do etc. I recommend booking a taxi service in advance from airport to the place, otherwise it will be very expensive. We would definitely love to come back again! THANKS.

- prompt response and check in - beautiful accommodations with gorgeous view, and comfortably fits 14 - working kitchen with sufficient pots, pans and dinnerware. Kitchen knives could be sharper or could have a sharpener. - AC worked and was instructed to keep on - water was reliable and good pressure. Showers were up to date and clean. - reiterating there are no access to the resort. Need to go to a bar next door or pay $80/day for resort access. This was fine as the resort was not our priority, but letting others know was good - despite not needing resort, it was convenient having the check in and concierge services for luggage. - need more toilet paper and trash bags

Beautiful place and the location is even better.

This place really is the best deal you can find in Cancun in my opinion and I looked at a lot of places. The security at the location is on point, the parking is secure, the actual room is so gorgeous. The view and the balcony are incredible. We had 7 people and all 7 had a bed, with a pretty good couch if needed. Showers great, etc. We got the all inclusive day pass next door and that was solid for drinks all day, and food. Don’t go to the sit down place though, it’s a joke. Only go to buffet restaurant it’s the better quality food. Also get your drinks in the lobby if you can, less watered down and better quality! Overall though, great stay and great venue. Leticia and the hosts were so simple. The only negative is a lot of outlets didn’t work, so we had to find random ones to plug up our devices

The place was very clean and quite. It’s on the beach, there is small pool in terrace, it’s like tub just sit and relax not to swim. The place is next to beach and beautiful views. We enjoyed the stay.

Throughout my stay in Cancun. I communicated with Sylvia. She is a good host and very responsive. Property was clean and spacious for 6 adults and 4 kids. We had great time on their property. Conveniently located next to the mall gives you options for nearby restaurants and fast food. I highly recommend their place for those travelers who aren't keen in all inclusive option and wants to explore local food and city while still staying in the Cancun's hotel zone. Best place to stay. Their pricing and location it’s unbeatable. Very clean and neat. Spacious with 3 beds and full restrooms. The pool / jacuzzi outside in the balcony was the best !!!! Water gets perfectly warmed up. You will have ocean and pools view from your balcony, make sure to wake up early and smell the freshness morning. Plenty of space in the bedrooms for everyone!!!! 2 access doors to place. Bring your own toilet paper and hair dryer. Kitchen is functional and can cook your meals there if want to save money. Shopping Plaza crossing the street with great stores like H&M or Sephora… etc… Local Bus up the street that will take you to great locations for example, Soriana, popular clubs(coco bongo, mandala, señor frogs) places to buy souvenirs, restaurants, the ferry for isla mujeres etc… for only $12 pesos per person or 1 dls. I would recommend to change your money to pesos !!!! It’s cheaper …. At the ferry store they value $1 dls for 21 mx pesos that’s a good deal…

The airbnb is a great value, has an amazing view of the ocean, and spacious enough to actually fit 14 adults (if they don’t mind sharing a bed). The photos for the airbnb doesn’t do it justice. It was a surprise for all of us. I highly recommend this place it’s hard to beat!

This location is perfect! High end shopping & restaurants within walking distance and a 5 minute drive to Zona Hotelera. The airbnb was just perfect for our group. Loved the view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT LOCATION. Right across from shopping areas. The local bus that drops you on the strip is literally right outside the building. The host was great. The resort was nice. We had access to the beach and pool as well. It was super nice.

Great location! Roomy and ocean view. The condo is an excellent place to stay. Unrelated to the condo, you will not be able to buy anything from the hotel next door unless you pay ~$70 to $90 per person for their all inclusive pass. So if your planning to sit by the pool or beach and order piña coladas or even water you won't be able to and no one on the ocean side will see you anything, unless you go to street side (first world problems). Again, that's not part of the condo but part of the experience. Bedrooms are super spacious and the private pool in the patio is amazing! just bring your own food and drinks.

Perfect stay, the location is perfect, in front of the shopping on the island. The apartment is a large apartment, and the apartment is Leticia is always attentive to us! You can use the hotel facilities, the hotel is not great but price and quality works.

Hi all! We had an absolute blast living in your Airbnb. The entire space is spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is spectacular and the jacuzzi went very well it. The jacuzzi is very fun, especially when using it at night, after an entire day of outing. We loved that we could drain and re-fill the jacuzzi each time we wanted to use it and that there was a tap separate for hot water and cold water. 6 - 7 people can comfortable lounge in and use the jacuzzi at once. 12 people can comfortably stay in the Airbnb without any problems. 14 people is tight, especially given the total number of bathrooms. With the Airbnb, you get access to the beach and the hotel pools. The beach was clean and there were lots of spots to lounge and have fun. The water at this beach was crystal clear. The selling point of this Airbnb are its view, the access to the hotel's pool and beach and most importantly, the location. The Airbnb is located right in front of the 'La Isla Shopping Village' where you have access to stores for shopping, restaurants to eat and drink at and many other attractions. The Airbnb is located in Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera) and everything is located very close by. If you want to stay in Cancún, you should stay in the Hotel Zone and this Airbnb has the perfect location. There is a pharmacy located right in front of the Airbnb. The Airbnb is a 10-15 minute bus ride to the main nightlife street in Cancún that has all the clubs, bars, late night restaurants, etc. The bus ride costs 12 pesos one-way and the bus station is right outside the hotel. Buses are running every minute so use the buses to get travel within the city. Leticia and Sylvia were very good hosts. They were very responsive and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. When asked, they compiled a list of beaches, tourist attractions, excursions, restaurants, etc. that they recommend. They were very helpful! Overall, we had an absolute blast y el airbnb fue maravilloso! Given the opportunity, we would stay at this Airbnb again. I highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

This place is in the perfect location, the views are amazing!! The private pool was awesome to have, we all had our own bathroom. There’s a mall in front of resort with many places to eat.. the bus stop is in front of resort. It’s like 12 pesos to get on.. there’s a pharmacy in front of resort where we would get water, cokes, alcohol, coffee all the stuff we needed.. Leticia would respond quickly. Very helpful and professional.

It is an incredible place, with an excellent location and an unparalleled view. The room has everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation. In my case, I was in contact with Sylvia who supported me and will accompany me at all times to clarify and resolve everything very satisfactorily. Leticia place was the perfect place for my girls trip! Very large condo perfect location on the hotel zone close to all the parties and right across from a shopping area!

The unit was clean and well equipped. We loved the balcony relaxing pool spent every day sun bathing and cooling down. A large jug of potable water was left for us which was very thoughtful. The beds were very firm but we were tired from the days adventures that it never bothered us. We tried extending our stay and Sylvia was more than happy to accommodate us in another unit she manages for a seamless transition as our unit was booked but our airline wanted $1000’s for the difference in flights so we had to go home on time. Sylvia was an excellent communicator and host. Tips unrelated to the unit regarding the actual resort: The resort is nice but you are unable to purchase individual drinks or food items. If you want food or drinks you must purchase the all inclusive pass for $70 per adult per day for use from 10a-11p. Everyone listed on your airbnb must purchase the all inclusive or none are allowed to purchase. The front desk will hold on to your ID’s when you purchase the passes until you return all of the all inclusive bracelets provided. There are no mid day passes as other resorts do for a cheaper shorter duration of time. My advice would be don’t leave the airport without buying a couple bottles of alcohol if you’d like a drink when you get to the unit. The buffet was only good for breakfast, don’t go for dinner. Just don’t. Go to the Mexican specialty restaurant or the Italian restaurant, both are included with your all inclusive. Don’t plan to bring any friends over at night as they will be stopped by security and refused entry as they will request written permission from the host, which I understand and is good for safety and protection of property but just a forewarning before you bring your hot date home. The currency exchange across the street was a surprisingly excellent rate just make sure you bring your passport as they have to register you the first time you use them. There are 2 Starbucks within walking distance but you can also get delivered on ubereats. Our favorite restaurant was Tacun which we walked to 4x during our 8 day stay…authentic, hole in the wall place. Dont go if you can’t live without air conditioning because it’s an outdoor restaurant with temporary walls. The mole was fire.

This place was perfect! It had an amazing view of the ocean! We had a group of 6 guys and we all wanted our own bed so this place was perfect. It was larger than we expected so I’d you have a large group, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent unrivaled location in unbeatable care and a perfect view

The view doesn't get any better. With the private pool that is wonderful to sit in at night after a day at the beach, and the common area pool for adults and or kids, this is the perfect place. If you're looking for a view worth your money, this is it!
