This house was the perfect size for our small group. It was cozy with a wonderful pool. Lots of surrounding jungle and just a short walk to the beach. We have stayed in Guiones several times and this house is one of our favorites.

Nosara is such a magical place and this house is the perfect home base for a stay there - firmly planted amid the natural beauty but a short walk from restaurants, shops, surfing, etc. Excellent responsive hosts and a beautiful place to chill and put your feet up after a day on the waves!

Awesome property in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and close to everything Nosara/Guiones has to offer. The villa is amazing, and Aaron is an incredibly responsive and resourceful host. I’d recommend 10/10 times.

Our family had an incredible stay in Nosara! The house was absolutely perfect for us spacious, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by nature. It felt private and peaceful, yet still close to everything. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach just a few minutes away and watching the sunsets. The property was spotless and very well equipped, with a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The host was very responsive. Nosara has such a wonderful, laid-back atmosphere, and this home was the perfect base to enjoy it all. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for families looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Had a great time discovering the south end of Nosara, Obed was so helpful and the walk to the beach was about as easy as it gets! The ATV rental down the street was great and loved trying some of the new restaurants. Thank you so much, another great start in Nosara!

Very nice place with attentive host. Location is great, just a few steps from AquaTibia surf school and close to the beach. Location is quite which is nice and felt very safe. Would book again.

We loved our stay! The setting was peaceful and private—you truly feel like you’re in the jungle. We woke up to the sounds of birds and monkeys every morning. The house was beautiful and very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the backyard pool and patio. The best part, though, was Obed and the management team. They were incredibly responsive, answered all our questions, and even helped arrange activities and transportation. They were also super flexible with check-in and check-out, which made everything so easy. We felt so well taken care of. I can’t recommend this place—and this management team—highly enough!

Aaron's house was one the best Airbnbs we've experienced and perfect for a couple or small family looking for a small slice of paradise. The property is very private and secure and the spaces are exceptionally well thought out. Besides the close proximity to Baker's beach, the outdoor space including the verandah, pool and lounging areas are thoughtfully designed for enjoyment. The kitchen is very functional for cooking meals at home. The living room is comfortable and if the sliding door to the verandah is open, it's a perfect outdoor living set up. Overall, it is obvious that Aaron has thought of details that can make or break an Airbnb experience and we appreciated that this home felt like a home and not just a space with the basics necessary for rental. Thank you, Aaron!

We loved staying Aaron’s home, it felt like an oasis with a beautiful garden and private pool. It was only a few minutes walk to Playa Guiones, with walkable distance to surf board rentals, cafes and delicious restaurants. The home was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and lots of storage. We felt welcomed and well taken care of at every turn, muchas gracias Aaron!

Excellent location very close to Baker's beach and Agua Tibia. Very comfortable accommodations with beautiful private pool and outdoor area. Fully covered deck allows you to be outside even during a jungle rainstorm. Individual ACs to keep rooms cool and dry. Washer/dryer and carpark. Very responsive and friendly management team. Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Joshua was super responsive and always ready to help anytime we needed assistance. The house was simple and elegant and comfortable and super close to the surf school, beach and a bunch of great restaurants. There had been a torrential downpour before we arrived so we needed to clean the pool ourselves—totally understandable—something to keep in mind during rainy season if you expect outside to be “spotless”. A note to newcomers coming from Liberia to Nosara— during rainy season: take the inland route through Nicoya!! We took the coastal route and it was barely drivable.
