Noldan

The Host is great! Noldan was very responsive and extremely helpful and gave immediate attention to anything that we needed or came up. He checked in with us to make sure we reached the house safely. The house is surrounded by high walls and is private. The house gardens, and pool area are well maintained and lovely. You do need a car to get about here as there are no sidewalks and it is a 20-30 min drive to all the lovely beaches and towns in the area. The house is located close to a main road and can be quite noisy.

Noldan was an exceptional host! He was very responsive and attentive to our needs. All we had to do was ask and he got it for us. For example, most cans of beans, etc are pull tab but we bought a few cans that weren’t pull tab so he brought us a can opener. We also asked for chaise lounge pads and he brought them to us too. The pool was fabulous and cleaned weekly. The location was perfect and close to many beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. We were only about 15 minutes from Tamarindo so could enjoy a busy atmosphere and lively bars and restaurants when we wanted. He even helped us get our sim cards working. We would highly recommend staying here.

Mr. Noldan, the host, is exceptionally kind. Always attentive and available for guests so that they have everything they need. He accompanied us and helped us with everything we needed during the stay. Fully equipped house, close to many beaches, as well as shopping malls, restaurants, shops. A pleasant, enjoyable and 100% recommended experience. Without a doubt, I would have stayed to live 🥹

Centrally located property to visit beaches, clean house, clean pool, safe place to enjoy with family and friends. The place is as shown in the photos. Noldan responds to inquiries and needs quickly. Highly recommended!

Nolan's place was amazing, the house is well equipped a lot of space we really enjoy our stay, bbq area was perfect we enjoyed the pool, I will definitely recommend this place and come back in the future, they were friendly and helpful.

The stay is a success. The property is in a location close to beaches and close to the city, which makes everything easy. The place is impeccably clean and has all the amenities you'd want to feel at home. The host is always available and responds immediately, and is also super friendly. We really enjoyed this vacation, largely because of this stay!!

Great stay! Noldan’s place was immaculate and the pool was wonderful. Central location close to many great beaches and very close to playa grande beach for beautiful sunsets. Noldan was a friendly and responsive host.
