Marilú

We had a very enjoyable stay at Marilú’s property in Mareazul. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and located in a very nice and secure community. The surroundings are peaceful and well maintained, and having access to the beach and the amenities made it a great place for our family to relax and enjoy Playa del Carmen. We especially appreciated having a comfortable place where we could spend time together and enjoy the remainder of our vacation. Marilú was helpful and communication was easy throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. We would recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Playa del Carmen.

We had a great time. The condominium was very nice, and the apartment was very well equipped. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely beautiful—just like the photos. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax. The beach is stunning, and I was able to fully enjoy it both days of my stay. The security guard was also very helpful, taking care of setting up the chairs and umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Overall, it was definitely worth it, and I’d gladly stay here again. Gracias Marilú!!! Yolanda

We had a great time. Marilu’s place had everything we needed. Traveled with a group of friends and the staff was friendly. Marilu was responsive and helpful. We had easy access to the pool, beach and local restaurants and shops. Would rent again.

Excellent service from Marilú; she was always attentive to everything. They even left us some snacks upon arrival. Marilú's service and attention are highly recommended; I would definitely come back.

Marilu was a very responsive host and provided all the details for an easy check-in and out. The condo is beautiful, clean and spacious with a well appointed kitchen. The beds are comfortable and being on the third floor and not directly adjacent to the pool meant it wasn't loud in the condo. The pool was beautiful and clean and had plenty of seating/chairs that it wasn't hard to find a space. The private beach area also has ample chairs and umbrellas. The two on-site restaurants were great--breakfast overlooking the ocean was especially lovely. While we didn't have a car, it was a short 15 min taxi ride to the downtown area for other restaurants or activities and Marilu's recommended car service was very helpful and prompt. It was a great condo!

The Apartment is great and Marilú is great hostess. We had 4 kids (3 teenagers) and they all had their own space and had plenty of things to do. We have been to this resort 3 times now and it is truly a hidden gem for families and people who want to relax and enjoy. Loved it and will visit again.

Everything is as shown in the photos; the apartment and the facilities in general are nice. Marilú answered all our questions and was always very kind!

Marilú was an excellent host. My friends and I spent our college spring break here, and it was the most relaxing time with the best views! The apartment is beautiful, and so is the resort. The pool and beach are a 5-minute walk from the apartment! Security is abundant on the resort, which made us feel safe especailly going in March of 2026. I highly recommend it for a family or relaxing friend vacation! Also, the taxi service that Merilú recommended is the best way to get to and from the airport, I highly recommend using it!

We are delighted with the place, the apartment, and the service we received... always attentive and with immediate responses. 1000% recommended... if I have the opportunity, I would gladly come back.

We had the best time at this condo! It was plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids, ages 6 and 3). Marilú was very kind and responsive to our few questions and requests. After an easy trip to Soriana (grocery store nearby), we had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. No complaints, and hope to return again someday!
