Our group had an amazing experience at Jonathan's place! It was in a beautiful location, had amazing amenities and was exactly what we were hoping for. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great space for a larger group or family. We would definitely stay here again if we came back in the future! One note: This is a shared property with other Airbnb properties. It didn't take away from our experience, but definitely something to be aware of when booking.

Just to clarify for future guests, the property is over 2 acres and includes three separate vacation homes. Each home has its own private pool, private social area, and dedicated outdoor space, so guests can enjoy their stay with plenty of privacy. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back! 🌴

Excellent accommodation; spacious, clean and nice. Good location. We really enjoyed the house, and the pool was refreshing! The areas are large, and that made the whole family enjoy it. We had a great time. Jonathan was always attentive and very flexible with certain requests I made. The person in charge of the place is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

Excellent house, very spacious, everything was impeccable, the pool was impeccable, the air conditioners were excellent, Jonathan was very helpful. I have no complaints. Rigo, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back, 100% recommended.

Yes, I loved the place. My only observation would be that they need an electric generator; the power went out many times, and the heat is very intense.

We really liked the place; my family and I had a great time. Jonathan was very friendly, and Don Rigo (the person in charge of the house) was always very attentive to any support we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

This was my third time staying at this house with a large group and every time it has worked perfectly for us. Always very accommodating and the space is great for large groups. I definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay! Jonathan’s place was absolutely great — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. A special mention to Rigo, the person in charge — he was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always available whenever we needed something. His kindness really made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again in the future.

Pros: -Beautiful natural surroundings, right beside a creek. -Conveniently located in front of a restaurant. -Clean and tidy overall. -Refreshing swimming pool. -Spacious: 4 bedrooms with 10 beds. -Security guard is polite. -Late checkout was allowed. -Drinking water was included. -Nice customized towels with the property’s name. Cons: -Located near the main road, so there can be traffic noise. -The owner lives next to the rental, which limited privacy. He and his family were often nearby, making us feel observed. -Early morning noise from an ATV disturbed the peace. -A work crew entered the property during rental hours, which was unexpected. -The security guard frequently crossed through the property (living room, stairs) which added to the feeling of being watched. -Security cameras are positioned toward the dining room, kitchen, and entrances to the rooms, which raised privacy concerns. -The downstairs bathroom had a persistent odor, likely related to a septic issue.

Thank you for your feedback, Dennis. I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: I don’t live at the property, I wasn’t even on the country on those dates. It’s part of a private complex with three houses, all rented through Airbnb, so neighbors are other guests, not the owner or staff. The early morning ATV noise came from another guest staying in the complex. No work crew entered the property during your stay. The security guard was present at your request to assist, and our cameras are located only on exterior areas for perimeter security, never inside or in private spaces. The downstairs bathroom is already scheduled for maintenance this week. We appreciate your comments and remain committed to offering a comfortable and transparent stay for all our guests.

Everything is good, very nice pool area. The only observation would be to maintain the bathrooms and the downstairs room could be improved. It is a nice place to enjoy as a family.

Excellent option for families and groups. The house is just as described and seen in the photos. Very good communication from Jonathan. It is a safe, convenient place that is also close to the sea. The green areas are very well maintained and the house is clean, with enough space for families and large groups. 100% recommended.
